Before Kurt Goldberg (the founder of manor) died, he had assigned a project to be made on the site. However since it was cursed, there was no way to really finish it. As a result the project was terminated and the amusement park was never finished.
Now it's abandoned and in the edge of the forest, almost touching the barrier. Maybe someday it could be repaired, however at it's state right now it will require lot's of elbow grease.
