"11 years ago"
"Do you really have to leave?" I said to Justin sadly.
"You know this is my dream Maddie. I don't want to leave you but I promise to never forget you." Justin said.
"Promise? I love you Justin Drew." I said.
" I love you too Maddie Paige. I promise." Justin said.
And just like that, My best friend and the boy I fell in love with left to live his dreams.
"Present Time"
I lay in bed playing on my phone when I get a notification for Instagram. I open up Instagram and see that it's for Justin's page. He posted a selfie. I miss so much I thought. Why did he have to forget me. He promised. Ever since he left I haven't made any more friends and it's been 11 years. I tried and tried to get a hold of him as much as I could but he changed his number. I'm friends with Ryan Butler and Chaz Sommers. Justin and I were best friends with these two guys. They only know about me falling for Justin. Justin has kept in touch with these two boys. They let me know how he is. Justin has seem to just forgotten me. Justin has recently been in a relationship with Selena Gomez. It hurts to watch the person you're in love with be in love with some else. He's so happy. I'm happy for him though. He is living his dream.
