I woke up because of a loud, annoying noise that came from somewhere next to me. Slowly I opened my eyes and blinked a few times to clear my slightly blurry sight.

It took a while, but after some time I realised that I was still sitting on my couch, my laptop in front of me, still on a website which I used for researching.

Looking to the right I saw my telephone ringing which was the cause of me waking up.

Right when I streched out my arm to accept the call, the nerving melody stopped. I groaned and got up.

Before calling back I went to the kitchen and made some coffee.

Five minutes later and still a bit tired I walked back to the couch and took the phone to see who actually called me.

It was Mr. Lee.

I instantly called back because I know that he hates being ignored.

"...Yes?"

"Any problems, Mr. Jeon?
You seem tired."

"Yeah, I just woke up and-"

"YOU JUST WOKE UP?!"

"I-"

"YOU HAVE A VERY IMPORTANT MEETING TODAY! It is... IT IS EXACTLY IN 55 MINUTES!"

"Oh I'm so-"

"I ALREADY CALLED MR. KIM'S SECRETARY TO SEND SOMEONE TO PICK YOU UP! YOU BETTER HURRY!!"

He screamed the last words so loud that I had to cover the speaker of the telephone because I didn't want my eardrums to burst. Seriously, Mr. Lee can be very furious sometimes.

While thinking about that, I noticed that I actually never really got to say goodbye to him because he is always the one who hangs up first.

But I should care about that lesser, because my manager said that someone will be waiting for me.
I hate it when people have to wait for me if I'm late, so I don't like being late too.

While going past the window I quickly took a look outside and what I saw there got me shook. It was a black limousine with Mr. Kim's company name on it.

A good minute I stood there, mouth slightly opened with admiration. Then I quickly regained my composure, rushed into my room and changed into the suit I bought yesterday. Then I brushed my teeth, did my hair and put on some make up. I quickly checked myself out in the mirror.
