"What is their left to do when your world falls apart?"

167 years ago - 2058. Cyris left earth in hope to making it to planet G01dX52 in solar system Ynh3 located in the Milky Way galaxy.

Ever since the first man stepped on planet G01dX52, most commonly know as gold, it was a whole new level of expanding mankind. The first group was split up into about 50 Aerospace Engineers, 40 Mechanics, 80 Cleaning crew members, 100 Doctors, 30 communication workers, 60 Computer Engineers, 80 Cafeteria staff, 160 military personnel, 125 Civilians, and in total-180 Scientists of different majors. At least that's what my parents told me.

My grandmother was one of the scientists, and my grandfather was a doctor. They both lived in sector 15B, but didn't meet till their was four months left of cyris's journey through space. When they reached gold, approximately 1oo people went down to the ground to do the first samples of our new home. Back on earth people had already known that gold was survivable, but they didn't know too much of the terrain.

My grandmother and grandfather were in the group of 100 people exploring. 10 doctors, 35 military or guard members, 40 scientists, 7 volunteers, 10 tech specialists, and 5 communications experts came in the journey. Little did they know, that the first scanning's of the planet weren't entirely correct. When they started looking around they came upon a patch of highly radioactive material underneath the ground, almost like a magma chamber. Few people died from the radiation, but the ones who didn't certainly came back with something they sure as hell didn't have before. My grandfather was using a defibrillator on one of the communication experts while screaming "come one!". As for my grandmother, she told my dad, her son, but he never told me. I knew my mom had abilities, but she never told me about them. When I was younger I remember her using them, but that was a faint memory from a long time ago and I couldn't exactly make out what she was doing.

After they had me, I lived with them for a while till the left. Once again, never told me why. They left me with my uncle, the chancellor, to live in the best way I could for as long as I could. After livening their for about 3 years my uncle got a knock on the door. When we opened it, 2 year old Alec was sleeping in a stroller with a note in it from my mother. I was only 7 at that time and in the note it said that I would need to play a big part in raising him and that he was my responsibility. Like what the hell dose that mean in the brain if a 7 year old.

Skip ahead a few years, Alec was able to walk and talk and we started doing everything together when we weren't training. Although me and Alec had similar abilities, we couldn't exactly understand what it was like for the other one to learn. My uncle could only teach us so much about how to use them and hide them. We had no idea what the world was like beyond the chancellors quarters, let alone the wall that had been built to keep us safe from the outside elements. I'm 16 now and that still bothers me.
