Ash pov
"Come on lex, it's 9:30 you can't sleep forever, we have an off day today"
"Okay can  I go and see Tobin and moe"
"Later alex me and Ali need to speak to you first"
As soon has Alex was awake and dressed she was on her phone
"Alex"
"Alex"
"ALEXANDRA!" I Shouted 
Ali took Alex's phone out her hands
"Hey!" Said alex reaching towards Ali, just then i pulled her back on my lap and held her against my chest. Alex struggled and squirmed against her. Me being used to this layers back on the bed with Alex on top of me until Alex calmed down.
"Lex, are you calm now?" Said ali
Alex sheepishly nodded and I pat her bottom as a warning
"Yes ma'am"
"That's better now we have to discuss what we are going to do about mal, don't mention anything yet just be normal but we will tell Becky and carli I want you to change your behaviour you have had this morning ".
"Okay" Said lex
"Good girl, lets head to breakfast"

Becky pov

As I was sitting down ali approached me and carli
"Mornin Becky, hi carli do you have a momment"
Just then Alex came over with ashlyn
"Good morning" Said lex
"Hi guys, what did you want to talk about ali?" Said carli

"Umm we'll it's mal she..."
After ali had told me about mal I was shocked and poor Alex was almost in tears carli must of seen her because she pulled Alex towards her and held her close to her chest stroking her hair
"Please don't tell dawn" said Alex crying
I turnt to Alex my heart breaking at the sight of her
"You did really well lex to tell ali and ashlyn but me and carli will take it from here and if it's serious enough we might have to tell dawn"

"No please Becky!" Shouted alex becomming more hysterical
"Alex calm down please, you need to breathe" Said carli still holding her to her chest
Alex began to move and fight to get out of Carli'a grip
"Alex stop" said Ali
"GET OF ME" she shouted trying to dive out of Carlis strong arms, by now the whole team was beginning to stare carli managed to grab her underneath her legs and tried to pick her up bridal style but Alex started to kick I grabbed her legs to stop her . Whilst ashlyn was rubbing her stomach to relax her and Ali was trying to speak to her. Alex was now screaming and writhing so me and carli brought her upstairs to our room that was closest

I gave her to carli who moved them to her big chair. Alex sat on carlis lap sobbing and gripping on to her top like it was a lifeline
Carli rubbed her back
I went to go and got Alex breakfast from downstairs when I was met with a concerned Ali and ash
"Hey,how is she?" Said ali
"She's upset, she's with carli at the momment let them have some time ali we'll speak to her, it will be okay"

"Ok" said Ali

Carli pov
"Ca-ca-car, Said alex still sobbing while she held on to the back of by neck whilst she sat in my lap.

"I'm right here sweetie there's no need to hold on so tight I got you"
"Deep breaths copy me,"l I say as I dramatically breath through my mouth
I rock her on my lap and stroke her hair until her sobs turnt into whimperes.
"I'm s-so-sorry" said Alex
"It's fine sweetie but I need you to calm down first"
"I know you don't want to make mal upset, but what is she does something or becomes ill?Now we can just keep her safe." So you understand?

"Yes carli" Said alex she goes to get up from my lap.
"One more thing alex, despite however upset you are you can't be screaming and kicking like that."
"Yes ma'am"
"Thank you"
"Right let's get some breakfast in you.
