Nash Grier's best friend

Chapter 2

Madison's P.O.V

"I'm getting married!" Mom said

Was I happy or sad? I don't know. I'm so happy!

"Congratulations mom your getting married!" I said

"I know and I want you and your sisters to be my bridesmaids and Elizabeth will be my Maid of Honor!" she says "Mario, Nash, and Martin's nephew will be the groomsmen with Tim as his best man!"

"That's great Mom!"

"The colors are Teal and Silver. Lilles will be our flowers and I got the date set for July 4th." Mom said

"That's great but guess who made captain!" Mario says

"I made team Captain!" I say

"Oh really me too!" He said

"All of the boys know already so we will be getting ready for that." Martin says

"Mom, why did you choose a date so soon?" Marci asked

"Well I already knew what dress I wanted so I brought it and all that's left is your dresses. I already got everything settled so tomorrow I'm going cake tasting." she says "Do you guys want to go to tomorrow!"

"what about the play?" Marie asks

"We aren't starting till Wednesday" Martin says

"Okay guys it's dinner time. Let's go eat some food!" Mario yells

"Inside voice, Mario!" Mom tells him

I glad my mom is happy again. My parents were only 16 and 17 when they had Mario and Marie. Their parents made them elope and when I was 10, Mario and Marie were 11 and Marci was only 8 our parents divorced. Mom was loved and was happy but we all could tell that she was still looking for a man. We were all happy when she found Martin. I'm so happy for her.

We went to sit down and eat. Mom had made Chicken Alfredo, Biscuits, and Peach cobbler. Everything was so good the food was amazing. We thanked Mom and said goodbye to Martin.

I got settled down for bed and is going to have a movie night. I went to put on my pajamas. I got a text from Nash.

Nash: What are u doing?
Me: u r interrupting my movie night
Nash: o sorry just wanted to say goodnight but obviously you don't care.
Me: oh did someone get their feelings hurt?
Nash: Yeah
Me: I don't care!
Nash: Okay bye then
Me: Bye!

I go back downstairs and sit by Mario. We cuddled and watched Toy story 3 thanks to Marci. We all eventually fell asleep on the couch.

The next morning. I woke up and got dressed

Madison's outfit:

Peach dress w/ ruffles

Brown belt

Brown heels

Brown sweater

A peach purse

Peach earrings best friends necklace

We got ready to go to the cake tasting place. I went downstairs and ate a peach.

"Hey girlie, who's ready to eat cake?" Mario says coming down the steps.

"I am boy!"

"What's with the whole peach and brown thing?" he says

"Ugh boys and their fashion sense."

Mom and sisters come down and we go off to the cake place.

In the car we sang and talked the whole way there. Mario took off his shoes and immediately started to stink up the car. he got yelled at. We had to roll down the windows and let it air out. We got out the car and went inside.

"Hi, I'm Tina. Are you Mari Smith?" she says

"Yeah I am, we are here to try cake!" Mom says

"Let's go!" says Tina

We go in the back and we see so much cake. It was paradise.

The first cake was just a plain old vanilla cake. It was really good but it just wasn't my taste.

After at least 5 cakes we decided on the marble cake with just regular icing.

We went out to eat and then went to the mall. I brought a really cute outfit and a nice pair of shoes. I got Nash a pair of Vans, so he can quit asking for them.

when we came home, it was only 8:30 we did our chores and watched tv. At nine we we to sleep and I kept having this dream:

I was on stage, I guess at the play and I saw Nash. He screamed out for help and I tried to help him but it wasn't working, I wanted to reach out but then I saw my siblings tied up on this table thing going into a fire. I reached out but I was stuck and I couldn't do anything.

I woke up crying and my heart beating a little to fast. I went to get a glass of water then went back to bed. I just had to calm down. The clock read 2:56 it was almost 3. I went back to sleep and I slept well.
