The Reception

Chapter 9

Nash's P.O.V

We went to the room and we saw how good Tina did. She had everything looking beautiful. We had to wait because the D.J was gonna announce us. When the music started we started to walk out.

"Here comes the wedding court. Marci and Carson!" the dad said "Nash and Madison"

We come out and I see Cindy waving. We go and take our seats. Everyone else gets called out, and the D.J had just called out Mari and Martin.

"Now it's time for the first dance!" he says

We watched them dance for a while. Then they allow others to come dance with them. I see as Marci, Carson, Mario, and Marie start to go dance. I just watched Madison stare at her hands then look up at the people who were dancing.

Did I want to ask her. Maybe she wanted to dance. If she did she would have ask.

Madison's P.O.V

Why won't he ask me to dance. We are suppose to dance. No what time to take matters into my own hands.

"Hey Nash, Wanna dance?" I ask

"Ummm what? Oh, yeah sure!" Nash says

We got up to go dance. The music played and we danced back and forth. It was a little awkward at the moment.

Nash broke the silence "You look beautiful!"

"Thank you, not to bad yourself."

"I like your hair!"

"Okay your being weird." I said

Nash's P.O.V

I couldn't tell her that I liked her. I couldn't even bring myself to break up with Cindy. That's just to much. She looked adorable.

"Hey are you gonna stare or something?" she said

"Oh sorry."

The song change to the wobble. We started dancing and I looked so weird dancing. Madison was a pro. She looked amazing dancing.

They had Everyone sit down but I didn't see Madison.

Madison's P.O.V

Tina had me and some others put on a dance for Martin and Mom. We were gonna dance to We are family.

The D.J told the guests and the wedding court about it and then we walked out. The music started and we started dancing. Mom was on tears, she looked so happy. After we got done dancing.

I went got changed and sat back down next to Nash.

"You did good." he says

"Thank you, Nash."

"Hey, I just want you to know that are the best friend a guy could ever ask for."

"Yeah let's go dance!" I said pulling him to the dance floor

We start dancing and jumping around. Cameron was dancing with Paris and Matt with Cindy. I guess he was keeping her company.

The food arrived and we started the first course, Salad. Then the next course which was the soup came out and we ate it. Finally our main course came and I didn't know if I could eat anymore.  After we ate that they decided to cut the cake.

Mom put her hand on the knife and Martin put his hand over hers and they cut it together. They cut a slice their pieces of cake and went back to their seats.

The servers came and served our cake. It was good but I really don't like icing.

They started playing some music, so we went out to the dance floor. Nash and I started dancing and goofing around. Cameron and Paris were dancing with us. I couldn't find Cindy and Matt though. I'm sure Nash would want to know.

I left the area and went to find them. I saw them. They were dancing alone to some music from a phone. Cindy looked at Matt and he looked at her. They kissed. Nash's girlfriend kissed his friend. That's just messed up. I went to walk away but I saw them coming towards me.

"Mads, wait we can explain!" she says

"No, go now. I don't want to hear it." I yell running away

I went back to Nash and still danced and partied with him. I don't think that's should tell him yet. I want to wait. I just hope he doesn't be upset.
