Alpha Female.

Pure white, with violent purple eyes, doing a wolf-like grin, I looked at my canines sharp, and long. Good for killing. I was large. Very large, I'm bigger than any Alpha I've ever seen, doing a happy little Trot, I went back over to my pack members. Everyone was gawking and smiling. There has only ever been one person to shift at my age, and that was the Moon goddess. Looking at the crowd, all the smiling faces, a man in the crowd with a red shirt on and a wolf chain, was jumping around happy. Dave walked up to me, looking proud. "Open your mind Luna" letting my mind open to the people around me, focusing on taking down a wall in my head pretty much, I could hear voices getting louder and louder. Thinking to my self, or so I thought " whys everyone yelling!!" I heard a few laughs then the voices quieted down... oops? Hopefully that wasn't mean. " Luna, I'm guessing you wanna run? Ask your wolf" my wolf? Is talking to her just like mind linking? Ok, I'll just call out to her. "Luna? You know how right?" Yes! "No..." " clear the pack from your mind, and put a barrier around it, put your wall back up. It will be different now, I will teach you how to control it later, then when you have the wall back up, just call your wolf. They will answer." "Ok, thanks Dave!" Doing as he said, I sorta rebuilt the wall, but it was more of a magical barrier, that was easy, then, I just yelled out "RIVER!" "Damn girl, why you yelling. What do you want, ahah!" "Wanna run?" "Yes! And, you may share my name with the pack." "Ok" opening my mind again, I let the pack in. But they didn't shout, they waited for me to talk. "My wolf, River. Said she wants to run! So, how about we run!" And with that, I took off, full speed into the woods with the pack following, I'm a lot faster than them? I slowed down a bit and ran with them, I'm not even alpha yet and they follow me.
We ran for hours, howling and hunting, exploring the territory, it's bigger than it was earlier today. Hmm... " why's the territory bigger Dave?" "Because the rightful alpha just shifted and unlocked the land. The pack just hasn't realized I guess." With that in mind I decided we should head back and talk. " pack, let's run back!" Was all I said then everyone turned, and bolted back to the pack house, I was doing a slow jog to keep with them. Once back at the pack house Dave called a meeting and said everyone meet at the bon-fire tonight. Casual clothes.
Sprinting up to my room, a pretty big, purple room, with a built in shelf, a mounted tv at the end of my bed, my bed with all purple bed spread a desk in my window seat, with my Mac-book, papers, and some books, I had a soft carpet by the bed, a walk in closet, and an attached bathroom, my bathroom had a large shower, really nice looking, a really cool custom built vanity and mirror, I had the backsplash made of stone, my sink is like, really big and shaped funny and translucent glass, my toilet is a toilet, and my bathtub is a really big jetted tub, but I have like, neck rests built into it, and it's really nice. Anyway! I got some clean clothes on, a lose fitted tank top, some silk-like pj shorts, I threw my hair up into a pony-tail, and put on my wolf necklace. Then, I layed down, and watched tv for a few hours.
Looking at the time, I headed outside to the fire. We had the barbecue all set up and lights everywhere, but it's usually like this to make it pretty, people were in the pool, and steaks were out and ready to be eaten. I walked over to the cook and got a well done stake, with some mashed potatoes Dave probably asked for because he knows I love them. I went and sat next to some kids by the fire and started eating, our pack is a family and we are all friends here, we shared pretty much everything and no one really fights. We also don't have to many man-whores/sluts. We wait for our mates, and when we shift, a pack warrior usually volunteers to take us to the other allied packs to look for our mate. I just stared at the fire for a long time, thinking. Then I felt a soft poke on my fore-arm. "Yes?" I said as I looked down at a small girl trying to get my attention. "Alpha D-dave sa-said your name a f-few times" she stuttered out, oh! Crap! "Thanks kiddo" walking up to where Dave was, I stood beside him. When I was where I should have been, on a nice pack built stage, with little lights everywhere and trees over top, Dave started speaking. Sorry! Ahah. "Hello pack, as you all probably know by now, Luna has shifted. Early. I must confess, I thought I had a few more years before I had to tell you this, but me and Luna, have kept a secret from you. She is the rightful alpha of this pack. When the alpha and Luna died, it was a very sad time for everyone, but they had a child. Luna was their child everyone thought was kidnaped or ran away. I kept this from you because I didn't want the attackers to come back for her. She shifted early, and you should by now, feel a change in power. You should feel stronger, because the rightful Luna has taken her place, she couldn't stop her body, I know she would have asked everyone first if they wanted her if she could have. No need to worry about her being weak either, I've been training her in alpha, warrior, member, and royal training ever since her parents death. She is the strongest alpha this pack will see, and I know she will lead us to great things!" After Dave's little(long) speech, clapping and cheers could be heard amongst the crowd, everyone had accepted me?
