"If the world falls tonight, I will be by your side Oliver." my grandma said to me late one night before bed.

"But why and how could our whole world fall tonight Gran?" I had asked, my head cocked, eyebrows raised in questioning. "If we keep living it." she spoke softly, a sad little grin playing on her elderly face.

I backed out a little, afraid of what she meant, even though I didn't really know. " Think about it my dear Oliver. It makes more sense than it sounds. Now, time for bed. Pip pip! Off you go. Good night boy." she called out to me as I turned for the door.

"Good night Gran. Sleep tight!" then she chimed in with me, "Don't let the bed bugs bight!" We both chuckled, and I closed the door.

Little did I know though, that that was the last time I would ever see Gran alive. The next morning  when my mom went to wake Gran up, she never did.

They say she died in her sleep. Gran had always wished to go out like that.

When I really thought about our conversation that we'd had that night, I always thought about her answer. If we keep living it. A cwinky dink? I think not.

So after a few looong years, I finally get it. But am I gonna tell you? Ha! Nope.

Your just gonna have to figure it out on your own for now. Hahaha....
