"ugh, Rychan stop we shouldn't be doing this, aren't you in love with Akane". "Forget her" he said lust in his eyes as he leaned down again to close the gap between their...

"AH!" Ranma screamed as he woke from, what he can say was the strangest dream he had ever had. Why was I having a dream like that, that kiss was just an act to get Kuno to stop his advances towards my female half. Then why do my lips still feel hot, His inner monologue halted as he heard Genma, his father, shift slightly in his sleep and tell Ranma to be quiet. He must have been voicing his thoughts out loud again, it's a good thing Genma wasn't awake enough to hear what he was mumbling about.

That night Ryoga spent the night so as not to get lost again. Ever since the kiss with Ranma he has felt a strange aura around his rival, every time that Ryoga would accidentally bump into him at breakfast Ranma would flinch or start to blush. But why would Ranma be acting like that, he knows the kiss was an act. Does Ranma hate him even more than before, he was hoping that after he had agreed to the deal they could put their silly rivalry behind them and become something like friends. Guess not he thought as once again Ranma flinched away as he was helping clear the table. Akane also noticed the change in Ranma's demeanor and decided she would confront him later, Ryoga had the same idea. Before either one of them could ask though Ranma had run out the door the second he finished with the dishes. It only made Akane more suspicious, but Ryoga thought he knew why. I mean it was hard not to feel awkward after a kiss like that, but it was no reason for someone to be hated so much they couldn't be in the same room as them. He decided to run after Ranma before he forgot what direction he had headed in.

Even though I'm not a girl anymore I still feel weird emotions from the kiss, and chest won't stop fluttering every time I think of that handsome... eh I mean dimwit of a rival of mine. Ranma kept running until he could run no further, taking in heaving breaths. After a couple minutes of rest he heard someones voice calling his name, "Ranma, where are you" How had Ryoga caught up so fast, and more importantly why had he gone after him in the first place. I guess all that aimless wandering helped to build stamina, he thought sarcastically. Where had he gone, he just wanted to clear the air, for some reason he couldn't bear the thought of Ranma hating him. That's when he saw a flash of what he thought was black hair before it disappeared down an alley Finally he thought sprinting full speed towards the alley. Ranma sat down in an alley hoping Ryoga hadn't seen him, he needed to sort out his feelings alone so he wouldn't say something he would regret, like how he kinda liked the kiss, and he couldn't stop thinking about Ryoga no matter how hard he tried. That's when Ryoga turned down the alley and saw Ranma sitting there, looking depressed and somewhat confused. he slowly walked over to him, "Ranma?" he said questioningly, "What" said the pigtailed boy. "I'm sorry" "For what" Ranma asked not expecting an apology from someone who had never considered him even a friend. "For everything if I hadn't asked for advice in the first place we would have never made that deal and never had...kissed" he said the last word in whisper that was just loud enough for Ranma to hear and sent a shiver down his spine. "I don't want you to hate me, please forgive me" he said not knowing why he was so desperate for forgiveness or why he even cared that his rival hated him. "..." Ranma didn't know what to say, he was expecting Ryoga to find him and be raving mad that he had forced him into the deal when all he was asking for in the first place was a little favor. Then he stood up not having control over his body at this point and walked over to Ryoga looking him straight in the eyes and moved his mouth to Ryoga ear and whispered "I forgive you". The hot breath on Ryoga's ear caused him to blush, unknowingly. After Ranma said that he ran off again, this time Ryoga didn't let him get far before grabbing his shoulder and pushing him up against the wall adjacent, somehow he couldn't let him go.
