~Zachary's Point of View~
Drinks. Girls in tight clothes. Guys playing beer pong. A pool. Loud music. Cliché colored red cups.
All the elements of a typical high school party. Now add rich twins hosting the party to that equation, and you have a high school party magnified. I strolled in with Carolynn on my arm, her dark purple sequined dress clinging to her body like glue.
"Yo Zac man, what's up?" A guy with tousled brown hair approached me, punching me on the shoulder.
"Doug man, you been here long?"
"Aahh yeah bro. Kind of. She's hot." He slurred, as his eyes flitted lazily to Carolynn who was pulling up her dress to reveal more skin. He was obviously drunk.
"Yeah and she's my date." I pulled Carolynn closer to me.
"Chill bro. Relax, here.” He bounced over to the counter reaching for a cup. "Have a drink."
I waved him off. I didn't want a drink... yet. They were probably all spiked anyways.
I met Doug during my first week at Seaport. Doug is one of the star players on the lacrosse team. He was pretty impressed with my playing. Carolynn introduced me to all her friends, and practically guaranteed me a spot on the lacrosse team.
I can't say it was only her though. My lacrosse skills are pretty... sharp.
"Pour me some vodka." Carolynn demanded, snapping her fingers in Doug's face. He handed her a cup of the stuff, and she let the entire thing down her throat. "More." She said.
I stood there in shock. I mean, she must be able to hold her liquor pretty well. I didn't want to take any chances though, so after her fourth cup, I took her hand and led her away.
"Zaaaaaac! Daaance with meeeee." She whined, pulling me closer. I cringed, but surrendered, mostly because I am a terrible dancer, but I couldn't resist being close to all of... well, her.
I let her press her body up against mine as we leaned in tune with the music. We "danced" for about five minutes, when I felt someone staring at me. I looked back, but there was no one.
"Carolynn... Carolynn. Yeah, I'm gonna go get a drink!" I shouted over the roar of the music and loud party goers. I slowly pushed Carolynn away from me. She only giggled like an idiot and disappeared into the crowd.
I needed to get away for a little while. I really wasn't in the mood to drink, because I get way too happy and stupid. I just kind of wandered around aimlessly until I saw her.
She was in a tiny top that came to just above exposed waist. The neck was open. Her shorts didn't even look like shorts, they looked more like slutty underwear. Her heels were bigger than my face. She swayed side to side with a bottle in her hand. To top it all off she was drunk.
And it was Ella.
"What the hell are you doing here Ella?" I said, not bothering to control myself. Ella was only fourteen years old. She should not be at these types of parties.
“Oh my God Zac! Don’t yell at me.” She pouted her overly glossed lip. Ella took a swig of the bottle clutched in her hand and began to grind against a random stranger behind her.
I nearly lost it. I grabbed her shoulders and pulled her away from all this chaos.
“What do you think you’re doing!? Especially at a party like this! Do you know what could happen? No normal 14 year old girl would be drunk on a Friday night. Can’t you just play with dolls or something!?” I yelled, spit flying from my mouth.
