Ki'lee- pov I woke up looking on side of me for essence. All I felt was a empty cold space I jumped out of bed. I went in the bathroom seeing if he's there.
I run out my room and down the stairs and see the crew sitting there mad and sad.
"What's wrong!"I yelled panicking
"Essence is in jail"red said with his fists balled up.
"That nigga dereck snitched on him and got him thrown in jail."nick yelled mad. tears well up in my eyes.
"Is there going to be court date or something?" I asked tears rolling down my face.
"Yes it's today at 11:20, we all are going." Dj said. I ran back upstairs back in my room breaking down crying my heart out.
I'm going to miss him so much. Why do this have to happen, my baby going to jail. I got up slowly going into my bathroom taking a shower .
I brushed my teeth. I put light makeup on with a lot of gloss. I dried off putting on a nice outfit.

I put on big hoop earrings and spray perfume on. I throw my hair in a slick bun.I grabbed my purse putting my charger,phone, wallet, and fruit snacks in it.
I head downstairs with the guys. I see that their gone I grab my truck keys off the counter walking outside.
I close and lock the door their already in the truck. I roll my eyes hopping into my truck they pull off and I follow behind them.
-At the court house- We walk inside the court room. They walk in first and I was the last one coming in. I look around and see that he's already sitting in the chair.
I quickly take a seat and look at him. I bite my lips damn it's not the right time to get horny. He looks so fucking desirable in orange.
"Please stand before judge mason menphis!" The officer announced and everyone stood.
The judge walked in taking his seat. "You may be seated now!" He said we sat down he looked at papers
"Please state the case!" He announced. Looking at the prosecutor.
"Well your honor, mr. Lee was caught with drugs and we had someone say that he sells it and also manages it."
"Well where is this someone!"he said
"Well when the police got there the house was burned down and we found a body." He says
"You suspect that it's the person who told on mr.lee here!" He said rubbing his chin
"Yes your honor I believe so, they identified him as dereck delanski who was working for mr.lee."
"Objection your honor, my client doesn't have anything to do with anything about this business!" The attorney argued.
"But the evidence proves its self" the prosecutor fired back.
"Silence, continue with the case."the judge said
"Your honor the suspect was caught with drugs"the prosecutor said
"Show the evidence!"the judge said
"Here is the evidence" the prosecutor said bringing the bag of weed to the post." He was caught with this, so you can obviously say that he is invol-"he was cut off by the attorney
"Objection!! My client was never holding it so it shows you that he wasn't caught with it if it wasn't on him" the attorney argued
"Would the defendant please stand and go to the podium!" A officer said essence stood up walking with hand cuffs on. He said the plea before sitting down.
"Now,was or was you not carrying drugs!" The prosecutor asked
"No"he said
"Are you a drug dealer"he asked
"..no"he said
"Do you or do you not sell drugs" he asked
"No"he said
"Do you enjoy it"he asked getting tricky
"I don't sell drugs" he said with a straight face. His eyes caught mine we stared at each other. I smiled at him he winked at me. I blushed looking away.
"Who are you winking at?" He asked
"No one" he said looking at him
"So your winking at the wall"he said
"If you want to put it that way"he said smartly I bite my lip he glance at me then look around.
"Well I'm done with further questions"he said sitting down.
-the sentencing- "Lets have the verdict go and decide"the judge says and gets up walking into the back with the verdicts.
20 minutes later they come back in and sit down. I wait impatiently tapping my foot.
"Defendant please rise"the officer said essence stood up straight. The judge was handed a paper.
"In the case of Essence Lee, you are found..... guilty and will be sentenced to 4 years in prison"the judge said hitting his hammer. I gasped a tear rolling down my face I stand up with everyone else.
Essence turns around looking at me, he mouthed 'I love You' and he was taken away. We walk out the court room I was a sobbing mess. I hurried to my truck getting in picking up some Taco Bell and went home.
I went inside seeing that the boys didn't come home. I shut and lock the door going upstairs crying and eating. I soon went to sleep with my clothes on, I didn't have the strength to take them off.
