Brendon was now shaking uncontrollably as he was pressed his body against the wall. He stared at Pete, watching him walk closer. Pete's plans soon changed when Dallon grabbed his shoulders and threw him into the wall. He hissed in pain as his shoulders were slammed into the wall. Pete glared at the tall boy and pushed him away.
"Don't ever fucking touch me." Pete growled as he looked over at Brendon, who was now curled up in the corner. "Don't think you are off the hook Urie." He said as he started to go towards the smaller boy, but Dallon soon interfered Pete. Dallon raised his fist and swung as hard as he could at Pete, his fist soon connecting to his jaw. Pete fell to the ground and held his face. "Don't fucking touch Brendon or I will hurt you way more." Dallon warned before walking over to the boy in the corner and picking him off the ground. Brendon stared at the tall, lanky man in front of him. "You didn't have to do that." He whispered as he looked over and watched Pete leave the bathroom. "But I needed too." Dallon whispered before leading Brendon out of the bathroom.
They now sat outside in the football bleachers. They were sitting in what seemed like awkward silence to Brendon, but it was comfortable silence to Dallon. Truth be told Dallon missed Brendon. There wouldn't be a day that went by that Dallon wouldn't think about The boy. The same pretty much goes for Brendon too, except he liked Dallon as more than a friend. Brendon had a crush on the boy but he was to scared to admit it to anyone, even himself. He sighed as he took a quick glance at Dallon but quickly away. "Thank you." He whispered, hoping that Dallon would hear him. "It's no problem Bren, I wasn't going to just let you get hurt, not again." Dallon felt horrible for all the wrongs he has done to Brendon in the past. "I'm not going to let anyone else hurt you and that's a promise I am going to keep."
Brendon looked over at him with tears filling his eyes. He just wanted to hug Dallon and never let him go. "C-can I h-hug you?" He said weakly as he looked down. "You don't need to ask, just do it." Dallon said as he opened up his arms for him. Brendon instantly went into the boys arms and held him tightly, showing no sign of letting go soon. "Please promise me you wont leave again." He whimpered as he burried his face into Dallons chest. Brendon's words hit Dallon like a ton of bricks. "I swear on my life I will never leave you again."
Brendon was shaking as he held onto Dallon tightly. "I've missed you Bren." Dallon whispered as he stroked the small boys back soothingly. Brendon pulled away slightly from the hug and looked up at him. "Y-you did? I thought you h-hated me.." He said as tears slipped down his cheeks. Brendon wanted to believe Dallon but he was afraid that he was just going to get hurt again, and he didn't want that. "P-please tell me this is a joke now before you hurt me again." He said weakly. Dallon shook his head and gave Brendon a sad smile. "No Brendon, I truly did miss you and I'm sorry for hurting you the way I did." Dallon bit his lip and sighed softly. He hated knowing that Brendon was so broken and he was one of the reasons for it.
"I want you to be my friend again Dal, I'm just afraid that you are going to hurt me again and I can't go through that pain again." Brendon whispered before placing his face in the crook of Dallons neck. "I won't hurt you again Bren, I promise. I know I messed up in the passed but I'm hoping that you will forgive me." He sighed softly as he held the small boy close. "I forgive you Dal." Brendon whispers.
He forgave him.
