- 2 storage closets
- attached garage
- 1 story (I really wanted a 2 story house but what if one of the kids breaks their leg or something plus we don't know what condition we'll be in when we're old and when we buy a house I want it to be our permanent home)
- in ground swimming pool
- big back yard (with trees)
- 2 bathrooms
- finished basement
- open concept
