willow glanced out the foggy bus window and leaned her head against it, letting out a small sigh when she did. she let her mind wonder to anywhere and everywhere as she tapped her feet on the floor until the bus came to a sudden stop. willow stuck her head out to see what was going on and saw the bus driver zipping up his raincoat as he opened the bus door.
guess i'll just be walking to home today, willow thought, as she draped her own coat over herself, walking out the door and was greeted with the pleasant sound of raidrops outside. the bus driver seemed to be checking the front tyres and looked up as willow stepped out of the bus.
"if you're not in a rush, miss, the problem will be fixed in a jiffy," he said, giving willow another glance before proceeding to check the tyres again.
"that's okay, my stop isn't very far from here, i'm in need of a short walk anyway," willow replied with a smile.
"alright then, have a nice day!" the bus driver waved.
willow mumbled a thank you and walked off the opposite direction to her house.
