The Idea

Max's POV

'In this environment, I'm sure she ain't going to agree to your plan' I explained to Cathy 'it's so dull and all'.

'Then?' Cathy asked,

'We go out for dinner and you ask her there' I proposed

'No wait, even better, I was telling her the other day, that I needed to visit the travel agent for booking a holiday for Jackie and I.

'So' I asked confused,

'So I can use that excuse and we can go there where we can lay the idea out' Cathy said excitedly,

'Clever' I said with a smirk, I just knew I'm smirking,

We quickly picked up 3 water bottles and went back to the room.

Kenzie's POV

It seemed like ages, before Max and Cathy walked back in with water bottles in their hand.

They both walked in with blank faces.
I knew they were up to something , I just knew it. They came in and gave me my water bottle.

'Thanks' I said.

'Kenz, you do remember that I need to go meet the travel agent regarding my trip don't you?'

'I do'

'Well I was planning we go right now before I get to late'

'Now, uhm you do realise that's it 7pm'

'As far as I've heard that travel agents office is open till 9pm' Max interrupted,

I was getting more and more suspicious about what's going on. Things don't seem normal.

I agreed and we got ready in less then 5 minutes, again not a usual thing especially for Cathy, and were heading to the agents.

As soon as we reached, the agent for some reason started blabbering about some really good offer that just popped in on some holiday.

Least bothered , I just glanced around until Cathy interrupted my thoughts 'Oye do you want to go ?'

'A holiday ? Now?' I asked,

'Yeah, lets go man it will be fun' she insisted,

'I don't mind but...'

'No no buts we are going'

'Maybe this holiday would be a good idea or maybe the worst idea ever . It would take things off my mind or bring back stuff' these thoughts were eating my head.

Everything was done in what seemed like a second and the next thing I knew Cathy, Max and I are going on vacay. But the question kept eating my head 'will this be worth it or is it going to be a disaster ?!'
