Chapter 1 : The Killer

In the world of Remnant there's not to much to worry beside the forces of evil , the Grimm  , story say that there are warriors that can send Fear to these creatures , make them know real fear but there a man who's more or less like these warriors but the thing is he doesn't have silver eyes. This man Madness is more that enough to scared the Grimm but the Grimm feed out of Fear and negative emotions. This man doesn't possess any ill intention , no fear , no hate. He's only source is madness. And Madness can be anything.

3rd POV

Remnant has a beautiful land and at night is more than wonderful. The shared moon that covers the sky at night is a view that most people would enjoy. The sweet but bitter smell of blood is another thing that is wonderful of the people of Remnant. More specific , the people of Vale. There's nothing more beautiful than the Crimson color of blood with the reflection of the moon at night. Or the sweet taste of it , theres only so much that it can satisfy. Over the pool of it we can see a mangled dissect body we can see a young men having the time of he's life , in one euphoric state of happiness. But as he comes down of it we observe as he starts to get disgust by he's target then it changes to an emotionless state of being.

Time skip 12 hours

Ozpin POV

I can't take one second of rest with out someone going around making trouble , I already have enough with Roman incident in the docks and now I have rumors spreading around Vale like wield fire that the hunters are executing criminals and other hunters.

Ozpin: Glynda can you please tell me what is this ? Why are people talking about this , what's going on ?
Glynda: you see Professor , the past few months there has been an uprising of gruesome murders , the first victim were thought to be Grimm attack but after some time we notice that they are not. We followed the connections and we calculated that there at least 26 death
Ozpin: so we're talking about a serial killer then ?
Glynda: yes , but there's more , most of he's targets are criminals but it doesn't excuse his actions
Ozpin: Thank you

I then turn on the news and to see a horrendous sight. The report was showing a full mutilated woman on tv.

Glynda: dear God

Lisa: people this is not for the faint of heart , parental guidance is advised , this woman was found this morning in the streets of Vale near the small and humble shop From Dust till Dawn. The owner found the body in the back alley all mangled and torn up. Tell us , what was your reactions when you saw that body there ?
Shop keeper: .........
Lisa: ok , I get it if you don't wanna talk. Most people have been saying that this is the work of a psycho killer , but no one knows why , well folks that's all the time we have nex-

I turn off the tv and sit on my desk trying to think what to do in this circumstances.

Ozpin: Glynda would you fight him ?
Glynda: you crazy !!! I don't plan on getting near him even if your there to back me up
Ozpin: mhm , that's what I thought , put the hunters in high alert and under no circumstances tell the press or people what's going on , do it as discreet as possible
Glynda: yes sir

I was walking down town Vale to see what's going on and if I can find a good place to eat. I guess I can have a good day today.

Ruby POV

Me and my team were eating at the dining hall until we heard news of the poor woman who died the other night.
