Michael POV
I looked at him weirdly. "Don't you know how much those cost?" I asked. "Well....ummm yea but it seems super cool. I kinda wanna go today with you." He said excitement in his eyes. I sigh knowing that I will give in to him wanting something to make him popular.
"Hey how about we go to the mall and get it today?" I asked as I put my controller down. "YES!!!!" Jeremy yelled as he got up. He started to walk for his bag but turned to stop and come back to me.
As I still sit on the couch and he gets closer, he comes in front of me and grabs my hands. He then pulls me up from the couch. "Cmon Michael!" He turned to the stairs. "Let's go!"
I do a face palm in what I had just brought myself into. I walk downstairs and see Jeremy run into the bathroom to get changed. All I did was comb my hair and waited.
I look at the time and see that it was 10:25. "Good" I say to myself. The mall had opened already.
A few moments later I see Jeremy walk out of the bathroom and ready to go. "Ready?" He asks. "Yep are you?" I ask him. "Ready as I'll ever be!" He responds happily.
We walk outside and to my Car. We get inside and I start it. I start the car and start driving. There was a long silence before Jeremy broke it. "Hey uhhh Michael do you wanna buy one with me?"
"Nah" I respond. "I'm broke." I keep driving until we approached the mall. I parked and got out first. I walked over to Jeremy's side and opens the door for him.
"Thanks Michael." He responds. And with that, we walked into the mall.
