Alison's POV

Christmas was a blast! Katy got me a replacement guitar and some fancy case personalized for me. I'm so happy, this is my favourite Christmas present yet! I got David coal (my parents were furious), my mother a floral cross necklace, my father a watch, Taylor a hair styling wand, Angela a skin tight striped dress I knew she'd love & Katy a bunch of cat inspired stuff. A great thing was that when I logged on twitter I had a bunch of tweets from katycats. They were talking about my presents for Katy. How would they know? Then I scrolled deeper into my connect option and found a tweet from Katy.

There was a picture attached to the tweet. I clicked on it & there was a picture of all the cat inspired stuff and cat toys I got for her and her cats.

Aww! That was sweet of Katy.

I guess I should tweet her back? No. I'll just favourite it. Tweeting back would be stupid at this point, I should go write a song instead.

So Katy's going to head off soon. She has that Prismatic World Tour to start. Wow, I'm going to miss her. She's already packing up her stuff. We spent a lot of time together.

I run out of my room to see Katy.

"Katheryn!" I yelp.

"Alison!" She calls back.

"Where are you?" I ask.

"My room!" She replies.

I walk in, she's sitting on the bed folding clothes.

"Katy... I'm going to miss you." I say calmly.

"Aww, Ali. Well, if you wanted to miss a little school you could come with me for some of the shows. Of course you have a life and need to maintain it here with mom and dad, but maybe for the month in whichever city you decide on - come with me?" She asks.

"Yes! Yes!" I reply. I grab her and give her an enormous hug and already start to pack up.

I run out of her room.

"Umm... Ali!" Katy calls out.

"Yeah?" I question.

"You need to know when you want to come... And ask mom and dad." She says.

Oh great. That's not good. Mom and dad would never let me go!

I walk slowly into the living room where my parents are cleaning. I get close to them.

"Guys... You know I love you and my family?" I say sweetly.

"Yes." My mom says.

"Okay well-"

"Yes honey, you can." My mom says, turning to me.

"What?" I question.

"You can go with Katy for a month. We overheard. I think it's a great chance for you. Just look at the list of cities they're hitting and choose which one you'd like." My mom replies.

"Oh my gosh, thank you thank you thank you! I love you guys so much!" I hug them quickly then run off to find the schedule.

Wow, that was a cup of coffee.
