Tempest's POV

I sigh as my fingers brush the spines of fresh library books, trying to find a book I heard was pretty good. I went to see the movie with my younger sister and it was pretty cool, so I decided to see if it was in the school library. Luckily, it was. "Roth," I muttered, looking for the letter 'R' as my eyes scanned through. "Veronica Roth..."

I bushed my dip dyed blonde hair out my face and finally see the author name 'Ross'. "Jackpot." I reach for the book and grab the one labelled 'Divergent' on the spine, taking a look at the cover before I turn to go sit and read. However, I find myself running into a very attractive, alluring librarian.

I quirked an eyebrow as she pushed up her black wire glasses and looks up at me with shamrock green eyes. She was cute... "I'm so sorry about..." she started to speak before her face began to flush red; she must've been thinking the same as I was. Her embarrassment was cute, I couldn't help the cocky grin that grew on my lips before replying. "It's no problem, cupcake~"

She blushed even harder at that, looking down and smiling cutely as her finger pushes some of that beautiful hair behind a tiny ear. I smiled like an idiot as my blue eyes scanned this beauty. She was truly something. "What's your name?" The girl looks up with surprise at the question before twirling her hair on her fingers carelessly. A cute little habit, it seems. "My name is Lea... Yours?"

I smile and pull my leather jacket up a bit, looking into her eyes that were full of uncertainty and curiosity. "My name is Tempest." She smiles a cute smile, her little pink lips parting slightly to reveal straight, pearly white teeth. "Nice to meet you, Tempest." Lea holds out a hand and I take the hand in my own.

In that moment, we don't shake hands. It was weird. It was if electricity shot through us both and we felt the sparks fly when we touched. Her cheeks turned red so she must've felt it too. I gently let go of her hand, stroking the back of her hand gently and briefly before looking her up and down. "I'm going to read now, Lea."

I lean down and smile, breathing softly as I whisper in her ear. She must've had chills roll down her spine by the way she stiffened, letting her eyes flutter shut as she let out a shaky breath. I smirk and whisper "I'll see you later, cupcake~". Refusing the urge to kiss her then and there, I turn with my book and head to the seating area to read.

Lea's POV

She took my breath away. Her beautiful, sky blue eyes scanned my figure as we stood there, taking the other in with awe. I couldn't help but smile shyly at such a person observing me; this woman was somehow getting under my skin, in a good way. I was jolted out from my thoughts when I noticed she was asking my name, looking up with surprise at the question. No one has asked me that in a long time.

I smile as cutely as I can -- which may not be cute at all, but at least I gave an effort -- and answer her, still quiet since we are in the library. "My name is Lea... Yours?" Our eyes meet and I am entranced by her beauty, smiling as she tells me her name. Tempest... It fits her. Holding out a hand polietly, we touch hands and I can feel sparks fly.

I know. So cliche, Lea, great job.

But, honestly, when our fingers touched, I could feel chemistry in the making, and that's peculiar since I haven't fallen in love in such a long time. And honestly, I really didn't mind falling in love with a beautiful girl such as her. She was a tall and slender beauty with not too big of a chest and flattened, yet appealing curves. Her perfectly oval shaped face was framed perfectly with her waist long blonde hair.

What really caught me in her trap were her beautiful eyes.

They were a really beautiful, sky blue that made you feel as if you were looking into the sky itself. I noticed a bit too late that I was still holding her hand when she gently let go and let it rest to my side after gently carressing the back side.

My face was still hot with embarrassment when she said that she was going to read. I nod a bit and continue to blush as her warm, lingering breath brushes against my cold cheek, making chills go down my spine and my body stiffen. I try to hold my breath but can't help but let out a shaky breath of acception. I hear that she's going to go read now and feel disappointed before she turns and leaves me, honestly, wanting more.

Lea's POV

It was nearing seven and I packed my things up an hour ago since I know it would've taken me forever to get ready near the end of my shift. Tempest hadn't walked past in order to leave the library and was still in the back, a small smile forming on my face as I daydreamed about the beauty. I thought of how she looked.

She had long eyelashes and didn't wear much of any makeup at all, but she was still beautiful: perfectly arched eyebrows, smooth pale skin, and plump lips with a small coat of natural colored lipstick.

I wonder how it would feel to kiss her.

I was jolted out of my thoughts by the tiny chime of the bell on my desk, making me jump a bit before looking up into the face of an angel. Oh lord.

"Thanks for letting me stay back there. It's a good book." Tempest smirked and pushed the book close to my hand. "You should take a look on the inside some time." Her eyes lingered on me before she turned and exited the library without another word, her hips swaying as she went.

I raised my brows and though about her comment. "...take a look on the inside some time."

My eyes scanned the book before my manicure nailed fingers brought it closer. The book was a bit warm from her touch and I smiled before opening it. A small, square shaped slip of paper fell from the pages and I picked it up, unfolding it and reading what was on it.

Call me sometime, cupcake

xoxo Tempest

I held the little sip of paper with a grin, biting my lip with satisfaction before I get my stuff together and check out the rest of the students. At seven sharp, I had the key in the lock and the library closed from use, rushing to the nearly empty parking lot before getting in my car. I had to hurry.

I had a call to make when I got home.
