Jungkook POV

I put on a pair of skinny jeans, a black hoodie and my favorite pair of Timberlands. To finish my outfit I put on a black cap. I took a last look at the mirror then took my phone out of my pocket and waited for V hyung to pick me up with Jennie noona. Jennie noona said Lisa is going to the venue by herself.

The familiar car halted in front of my house. I opened the car door and entered it.

"Wow kook! You dress a lot like Lisa," Jennie noona said.

"I agree. I bet Lisa will wear the same things that you wear right now," V hyung laughed.

Lisa POV
I put on a pair of black shorts, a black cropped hoodie and my favorite pair of Timberlands. I took a glance at the clock, making me realize I was running a bit late. I quickly went out of my house and halted a cab. As soon as I gave the driver the address to the place, he drove off.

The cab eventually came to a stop. I payed the driver then went out of the cab. I immediately saw the familiar faces so I ran to them. 

"Kookie!" I called out and jumping on to the boy. He caught me and hugged me tight. It was usual since we were best friends.

"Just date guys," Taehyung oppa said interrupting our moment.

"You two would make a great couple," Jennie unnie joined teasing us.

I rolled my eyes jokingly and went down from his embrace. I observed his outfit from head toe then eventually realized that we wore matching outfits. He also looks really good in that outfit.

"Wow Lisa! We match!" Jungkook said smiling like a bunny.

"I told you," Taehyung oppa said while giving his signature smirk.

"Before we freeze to death let's go in now," Jennie unnie said shivering. Immediately, Tae oppa wrapped his arm around Jennie unnie's shoulder providing her with warmth. If only me and kookie could do that.

We went inside and chose a room. Before we went in, we bought some drinks along with snacks so we don't get hungry while singing. Ya girl gets grumpy when she has an empty stomach.

We went into the room greeted with the dim lights which give off that comfortable feel to it. I have a feeling if me and Kookie weren't here Jennie unnie and Taehyung oppa would fuck right here right now. 

Jennie unnie and Taehyung oppa started to sing first. They chose a really good song which fits their voices really well. However, I couldn't focus on their singing. I could only focus on the boy sitting next to me. He was very focused on the two older that are singing. His hazel eyes that reflect the light of the screen, his soft, plump red lips and his sharp jawline. I stopped staring when he caught me admiring his beauty.

He then leaned closer and whispered, "I know I'm hot but stop staring,"

My cheeks heated up and turned into a bright shade of red. Thank god the room was not well lit. If it was he would see me in my flustered condition.

Jennie unnie and Taehyung oppa finished their song and they put down their mics onto the table.

After that, Jungkook chose a song, picked up the mic and stood up. The music started to play.At the same time, he started singing.

His voice was so sweet but hot at the same time making me melt and caused me to eargasm. Is it possible?
 
Just then he turned his head to my direction and stared at my eyes deeply. The corner of his lips then crept into a smile revealing his bunny teeth. Automatically, my lips also crept into a smile. My heart melted at the sight of him smiling and I felt a sudden surge of happiness filling my systems. At the corner of my eyes I saw Jennie unnie hugging Taehyung oppa by the waist while squealing at probably us. They looked like proud parents smiling at their kids. Aish.

Without realizing the song ended and Jungkook sat at his previous spot beside me. To add to my flustered state, he rested his thigh beside mine, took my hand and intertwined his fingers with mine. I didn't budge a single bit but blushed hard instead. I didn't know what to do so I just stayed like that. Besides, I don't know why but it feels so right.

-Time skip -

"Jungkook, can you take Lisa home? It's not safe for a girl to go on a cab alone at this time," Jennie unnie requested.

"No unnie, I'm fine by myself,"

"Sure noona," He agreed and I didn't know how to react so I just went with it.

He halted a cab and opened the door for me. He eventually stepped in and he gave the driver locations to my house.

He then rested his head on my shoulder and closed his eyes. I was about to move but,

"Stay. I'm so tired. Let me stay like this for a while,"

Poor Kookie. I felt bad for him so I let him rest on my shoulder. At the same time, my heart started to beat rapidly again at the sudden contact. I try to calm my heart but it won't listen to me. How can this boy make my heart feel race like this?

"Lalice, I have a question," He said still in that position and closing his eyes,

"What is it?"

He sat up and looked into my eyes deeply, "Do you possibly like me?"

His question took me by surprise. My cheeks redden and I tried so hard to avoid eye contact.

"So what if I like you?!" It came out more like a denial. I couldn't stop saying random stuff.

I confessed to my own best friend.

When I was about to continue saying stuff, I heard him chuckle.

"What are you laughing about?!" my cheeks turned into a darker shade of red and I burried my face on his chest due to embarrassment. His hand traveled to my back and rubbed it gently,

"It's just funny because I also have feelings for you. If I do something embarrassing in front of you I would mentally scold myself afraid that it might make you think I'm an idiot or something. Everyday when I walk into class and I see you sitting there looking so beautiful effortlessly makes me want you even more. And that one time when you told me that Mingyu looks handsome and asked me if you should date him or not makes me regret saying you should. I even asked V hyung to help me,"

"I was just testing you about the Mingyu thing," I can't help but blush at every word he said. I always had doubts he doesn't feel the same way towards me. But hearing those words straight from his mouth made those doubts go away.

We arrived at my house and we went down from the cab holding hands. 

"See you tomorrow doll," he smiled waving at me.

"I think you should stay for the night kook. Your house is quiet a long walk from here and how tired you are," I said a bit worried.

"Nah it's ok. My house is not as far as it seems actually. Besides, a night run won't hurt," He gave a reassuring smile.

I walked closer to him and gave him a peck on the cheek. He froze at my sudden actions and blush not long after.

"See you tomorrow kookie," I smiled.

"BYeeee!" He said and his figure eventually disappeared from my sight.
