"that's me." i confessed as his eyes enlarged. he was shocked.
"you ran away? for what?" he asked in disbelief as his voice cracked. indeed, who wouldn't be shock if a child that ran away from home was in front of you all along?
"i wanted freedom." i looked down the floor, trying to get away from his tension.
he's gonna tell, i'm sure.
"how long it's been? how long you've ran away." his voice was starting to get a little louder, somehow started to catch the attention of other customers in the shop.
"please lower your voice, namjae. one month, it's been one month." i stated softly.
"ONE MONTH? DON'T YOUR PARENTS GET FREAKING WORRIED? I DON'T CARE ANYMORE, I'M CALLING THE POLICE RIGHT AWAY!" he shouted as i quickly sense the customers started to whisper.
he didn't hesitate to grab the phone right before my eyes and called the police.
shoot.
"come here!" a voice interrupted as namjae glanced the owner of the voice right the doorstep.
"kind stranger?!"
