I'm Sorry

Hypnos was the best. He left us the limo when we went to see Lord Death, he needed to go to a meeting. After Juni drove me to Luke's house so I could kick their behinds, she took me to the hospital. Now that was where the problem was. I didn't want to see them, see him. I'm afraid I might break down right there in front of them. I cried enough this morning, I only needed to cry once.

"You seem nervous," comments Juni while we walk through the entrance of the hospital.

"Me? Nah I'm chilling," I laugh nervously. Yeah, smooth Nico real smooth. Juni bites her lip and doesn't push the subject, she knows me well. Once we near the waiting room, I stop dead in my tracks.

"What will they say of me? They'll hate me!" I exclaim.

"Nico, you were just scared. You made things right. They could never hate you," she says. I stay frozen. She sighs and grabs my arm, pulling me along. Inside I see all of them, all of my friends and family...except Leo. Hazel notices me first. She gasps and runs over to me, embracing me in a bone crushing hug. I did have a few broken bones, so I'm not exaggerating. I really should get that fixed up.

"I was so worried," she says. "I thought you might~" She lets go of me and grabs my arms. I raise an eyebrow at her. She pulls my sleeve up and sighs in relief. Marie comes running behind her and kisses my forehead.

"Did he?" she asks Hazel. Hazel shakes her head and Marie sighs.

"You had us all worried. We thought-" Marie gets cut off by Jason.

"You idiot!" he exclaims. He comes rushing towards me. I close my eyes and wait for the hit that never came. Instead, he wraps his arms tight around me.

"You had me worried sick. Piper started freaking out, saying that she never meant to hurt you," he whispers.

"I know," I say back.

"You know, Leo would be jealous if he saw us like this," he mumbles. I chuckle, which soon turned to a sob. I wrapped my arms tightly around Jason and started sobbing.

"Jason, what am I going to do?" I ask. He rubs my back and shrugs.

"I have no idea what I'm going to do. I'm really sorry Nico," he says. I keep sobbing onto his chest. Yes, he was way taller than me. I really thank Jason for always being there for me. I thank everybody else that wasn't looking at me weird for crying.

"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry," I sob. Percy shushes me.

"You have nothing to say sorry for. It's not your fault," he says, getting aggitated. He hated seeing me like this, because it was very unusual.

"Percy calm down," says Annabeth, holding Percy back and smiling sadly at me. Esperanza was looking intensely at me.

"It's okay, mijo. No matter what happens now, know that you made Leo the happiest man in the world," she says, smiling lightly at me. I give a small smile, thanking her for being so nice after everything that's happened.

"Nico, I'm sorry. I was mad, not at you but at those guys. And I know you well, you did something to them," says Piper. I smirk mischeviously and tell them what happened. They all appreciate it, I could tell by the way their face light up.

I just pray to God I'll see Leo's face light up lile that again.

Yes, super short. I just wanted to quickly add what happens in the hospital. Now I can get to the good (meaning sad) parts.
