Ever since I saw that one guy in my music class a few weeks ago it's now the only class I go to religiously.

This week is when we have to present what we've been working on and of course Mark volunteered us to go first so I didn't sleep through our turn.

So my levels of anxiety have been through the roof and I've been sleeping more somehow. I guess I just have to panic to get some sleep.

We walked up to the front of the large room and this is the first time in this class I manage to catch café guys eyes. He's so handsome. I shake my head lightly to not get distracted as Mark starts playing the guitar. We had to write a song so him and I did exactly that as we were missing every class but this one.

I sang to the best of my abilities, not like I was trying to impress anyone pfft, and once we finished I looked at Mark who was smiling at me. He was probably proud I didn't even seem tired.

I look over and see the cafe guy and his friend whispering while glancing at us. Not the reaction I expected but oh well.

It was something.

I felt my heart kind of flutter as the one guy from the coffee shop and his friend were the first to go. They never speak to anyone else so I was excited to hear them. Nothing to do with the fact I think one of them is attractive.

They didn't even introduce themselves as they started playing. But it was worth it.

The males melodic voice filled the room in a talented way that had to have taken years of practice. The words were meaningful and he brought them to life.

Once they finish I start whispering to Jackson about what I liked about their performance until I catch the coffee shop guys eyes.

It was only a millisecond. A brief amount of time. But damn.

It was something.
