MK Ultra was a CIA secret project where they would find ways to test mind control. They did this by using human experimentation; they used drugs, brainwashing, sexual abuse, and so much more on people even children. They were researching ways to alter the mind so that they can exert their control. The CIA tested so many things on people it drove them clinically insane. Project MK Ultra began in 1953 and lasted 20 years. By the studies, research, and experimenting they've been doing, you can only imagine how much they know. They claim that the paperwork and research has been destroyed, but I don't think so.
This story is basically going to be a fiction based off of the events of MK Ultra.
