Narrator's POV

The sounds of chains echoed in the dark corridor. An h/c girl stood in line with the rest of the unfortunate girls to be auctioned off. Tears fell down her soft red cheeks, she couldn't believe her parents could have done this to her. 

Flashback to two hours ago

You were humming in the kitchen, making some apple pie for your younger siblings. You loved baking and your dream was to open a bakery when you're older. 

A crash and loud voices were heard at the front door. You rushed to the sound and saw a woman in a tight red dress, accompanied by three scary men in black suits. Your father was on the ground shaking and your mother was pushing your two youngest siblings behind her. 

"Where's my money [Father's name]," the women yelled, clearly annoyed. 

"I almost have it, Veronica, I just need more time," [Father's name] said, tears streamed down his face. 

"I waited for way too long, I want my money now," Veronica said. "Unless...you can give me your daughter over there and we can forget all about this." Your eyes widen. Veronica looked at you with an evil intent in her eyes. 

"Fine, take her, just leave the rest of my family alone," [Father's name] yelled. You gasped, you couldn't what was happening. You looked at your mother for help, but she just looked away.

Two of the men reached out to grab you but you ran to the back door. You lived in the middle of the woods and forest surrounded your home. You reached the freeway and hoped that someone will see you. A white van pulled up in front of you and you sighed in relief. That was short-lived when the two men from before came out. You turned to run back into the woods when you were hit in the back of the head. 

"You would make a reasonably high price," Veronica said before darkness consumed you.

Present

They took you to a bedroom and made you presentable. They applied make-up and gave you a black tight dress that was just right under your bottom. Then a man grabbed you by your arm and pulled you onto the stage. 

"And this here is [Name], she's a beauty huh, " Veronica said. You looked at the audience and saw many men and women looked at you with hungry looks. You shivered in fear and disgust. You didn't want to be here, you just wanted to go home. But I'm not welcomed home anymore you thought. The bidding started, so far it was at 5 thousand.

"1 million,"  a chubby man with greasy hair yelled. Your nose wrinkled in disgust. No, please, someone bid higher, I can't be with this man you thought.

"Going once, going twice, s-"

"5 million," yelled a lean man wearing what seems to be a butler suit.
