Ariana's POV

It's been about 2 weeks since I last saw Niall, he's been out on tour and I've missed him a lot. His friend Liam has been around and brought Niall's other friend Shawn Mendes. I know what you're thinking, THE Shawn Mendes.

Shawn has been here a lot lately, and it's kinda weird seeing him around a lot. I know he's my brother's best friend, but I like him.. I like Shawn Mendes.

"Arianaaaaaa!" I heard a voice say, Niall wasn't home so it had to be someone else, and that someone was him.

"Uh, yeah?" I spoke nervously as I saw him come closer to me

"Did I leave my jacket here? I was here last night with my girlfriend"

Girlfriend. That's when it hit me, Shawn has been dating my best friend Camila. Don't get me wrong I'm happy for them, but I couldn't bare ruining my friendship with Camila if I told her I have feelings for her boyfriend. She would hate me for it.

The past few weeks, Shawn has brought Camila here but all they've been doing is fighting. I couldn't remember why exactly but Camila's seen pictures of me and Shawn at the club, his body against mine and kissing me. Someone has leaked those pictures, I just knew it

Nobody's POV

"I can't believe you did that Shawn! I trusted you!" Camila yelled as tears fell down her face. The fact knowing that Shawn kissed another girl while with her, broke her heart.

"That kiss meant nothing Camila!"

Nothing? Nice to know Shawn didn't feel that way about Ariana.

"I'll just leave you to talk to Ariana about it, she deserves to know the truth." Camila spoke as she made her way out the door only to be stopped by Shawn pushing her against the door

"Shawn, just let me go!" Camila yelled as she tried pushing him off her

"No, because I can't let her know this." Shawn raised his hand to slap Camila only to be stopped by Ariana

"Shawn, just let her go. I need to talk to you."

Shawn's POV

"Shawn, just let her go. I need to talk to you." I heard a angelic voice speak as I lowered my hand, looking down towards the small brunette in front of me. My best friend's sister, the girl I like.

Camila got out as she closed the door "What do you want to talk about?" I asked as I sat on the couch

"The kiss at the club, did it mean anything to you?" Ariana spoke as tears fell down her face.

Oh my god. Camila and I fought so she must've heard what I said. "Ari.."

"No. It's Ariana. You have no right to call me Ari right now Shawn. You knew that kiss meant everything to me I-" I cut her off by pressing my lips against hers, my hands cupping her cheeks as I held her close to my chest

A few moments passed as I pulled away shortly after "Who said I didn't enjoy it?"

Ariana's POV

"Who said I didn't enjoy it?" Shawn spoke as he pressed small kisses along my jawline to my neck, biting gently at the skin on my neck

"Shawn.." I felt his name escape my lips as he sucked on my neck. I soon felt him press me against the bed as he got on top of me, kissing me passionately

*a few moments later*

Niall knocked on the door "Ari? Everything okay?"

"Oh my god, Shawn you need to hide" I whisper yelled

"Come on babe." Shawn spoke as he kissed me softly

"I'm serious." I whined as I helped him get changed and help him hide out in the balcony, closing the sliding doors behind me as I opened the door

"Hey Niall."

"Is Shawn here? I thought I heard his voice."

"No, um he left." I lied, biting my lip, knowing well that Shawn's outside on the balcony

"Are you sure, then what's his jacket doing here?"

"Um, I was about to go find him and give it to him."

Niall looked towards me as he pointed to the balcony door "Oh really, the what's Shawn doing outside?" He asked as Shawn made a noise with the chair falling

"Come out Shawn." Niall spoke as he called Shawn over

Shawn made his way over to Niall "Ari, can you wait outside?"

I nodded as I waited outside, hearing fighting through the wall

"Are you kidding me Shawn? With my sister?!"

"You're hardly ever here Niall! She just went through a breakup with her ex boyfriend!"

I then heard a few punches, running into my room as I saw Niall with a clenched up fist and Shawn with a bruised up face

"Oh my god! Shawn!" I ran up to Shawn with tears falling down my face as I saw his bruised up face

"What's going on with you two anyway? Are you guys like friends with benefits? Or.."

Shawn's POV

I groaned as Ariana tended to the small cut on my face "It hurts babe."

"I know Shawny."

Shawny. She's called me that before but this time meant something different, like we meant something. I was drunk the one time we kissed, but even with her lips on mine it felt different from when I kissed Camila.

"Shaaaaaaawwwwnnnnn!" She snapped in my face to get my attention

"Whaaaaaaat?" I spoke out innocently as she looked towards Niall and back to me

"You're lucky I love you." She spoke as she kisses me softly

I love you. Those three words I've always wanted to say to her and now she's finally said it to me.
