It was 9am the next morning….Melanie opened her eyes a little bit, the sun was shining through her curtains. She sat up and rubbed her eyes….only to have her mind flash back to last night…it was going to be a little odd to face Carter today but luckily she wouldn’t see him till later. She got up and went to the kitchen in her tank top and shorts, her hair was in a bun…Melanie slowly made her way to the kitchen while stretching and yawning. Melanie then started making coffee, she grabbed the remote and turned on the little Tv in the kitchen to see the latest campaign. After her coffee was done, she grabbed a mug and poured some in then sipped it while she watched what some of the topics the candidates would need to discuss and put publicly.

Reporter- so it looks like the candidates are neck and neck now that we are only 2 weeks away from finding out who will be the next president of the united states. Just yesterday the third party candidate dropped out of the race after being found having sex with a teenage girl…Mr. Thompson refused to give a statement about the alleged findings. Aside from the the other presidents will be set to give their opinions on Gun Control, Taxes and School Education…also known as College funds.
Miranda shook her head in disbelief….she put the rest of the hot coffee in her to go cup…she went back to her room and took a shower…quickly because she had to be at the campaign house in 20 minutes. She got dressed in her suit for the day…skirt, white shirt and matching jacket. Even if she had to be professional, she would still be fashionable. She brushed her hair and it fell on her shoulders…Melanie put on some light make up before slipping on her heals, putting on her jacket, grabbing her brief case, getting her coffee and walking out the door. Melanie sipped her coffee till she got to her car, she put her stuff in the passenger’s seat and put her coffee in the cup holder. She started her car then set her radio to the new station, she needed to her the political side…whats going on with the election. She started heading to the campaign building until she was stopped in traffic. She rolled her eyes and just sat there then started hearing something on the radio and turned it up.
Reporter- Today another chapter of our crazy election has opened, David Johnson the candidate going up against Carter Daniels Sr has just stated that he saw Mr.Daniels sneaking around with some women…turns out that little high school story may actually be true. Is Mr.Daniels indeed a Womanizer?? Or is Mr.Johnson now telling us everything….so far the voters are split but are beginning to believe the stories. On another thing Mr.Daniels is set to release a press statement tonight about all this….or tell his side to the story. This will decide some of the votes. Melanies eyes had widened a little bit…she couldn’t believe that he was playing that dirty….she then said “alright Johnson, lets fight fire with fire”. After a while the traffic cleared up and she made her way to the building, she got inside and went to the front desk.
