He stands there but walks away,
The words written in his eyes are undeniable.
I try to persuade my heart that what my brain is saying is true,
But sometimes truth and trust can be found in anyway possible.
Perhaps diving off the edge of a cliff to find the reasons why.
The only question is if a doctor can put back together my bones, who will be there to stitch up my heart?
I believe him, though the words are unspoken.
I risk it, though I know with every step I am proved to be more naive.
Even in a dream.
