"Mmm." Satori hummed quietly and rocked back and forth beside you. Despite the fact that you were just ranting about how that person in your class kept sending you weird memes, he seemed much more calm than you. Sometimes you just couldn't understand his emotions or thoughts.

"You have some really pretty eyes, (N/N)-kun." He butt into your angry rambling. His gaze seemed to be entranced by his staring. Your face erupted into a flushed red.

"Wh-what the hell do you mean by that?" You weren't entirely sure how to react. "They're just (E/C)-!"

"And you have some soft-looking hair." He grinned. "Can I touch it?" He had already reached over and began patting your head before you could protest. It was unbelievable how much more red you can get. You're really something, (Y/N).

"Satori!" You exclaimed, unable to scold him in any other way. He continued to do as he did, all the while keeping the same smug, mischievous grin. "Wh-whats gotten into you all of a sudden??"

He hummed again, and leaned his face in a bit closer. "Semi-semi told me about what you said about me~~"

You moved your face off to the side, quickly. "That's not the topic at hand, idiot! And I don't know what you're talking about..." Eita... You are so dead..!

"C'mooooon, (M/N). He mentioned how your eyes sparkled when you went on and on about my glorious hair!" He chuckled in a way only he could. He was definitely overexaggerating. But that wouldn't keep you from being guilty as charged.

You grabbed a nearby pillow and held it between you two. "Y-... Whatever!" You hesitantly responded. "If you're only here to make fun of me then you can leave! And take your s-stupid body pillows with you!" In all seriousness, you genuinely were concerned that he thought you were weird for liking him so much, despite how close you two were. That's just how anxiety works.

"Awh, (N/N). No way." He peeked over at you from above the plush barrier, interested eyes gleaming in amusement. "I'm not here to make fun of you!" He giggled, gently pushing the pillow down.

You glanced at him wearily.

"... You aren't?"

He laughed, once more.

"Okay- Maybe a little- Hey!" You pushed at his chest slightly, miffed at the sudden change in response.

"Hey, hey!" He whined at the attack. "Okay, here's a proposal!" He held your wrists in his cold, slender fingers. He was pretty damn strong for the string bean he was.

"If you tell me your honest feelings about me, I'll leave you alone about it." He grinned to himself, like it was an inside joke. The suspicious gesture made you squint your eyes.

"... Honest opinion...?" You quirked a brow.

"Honest opinion~" He purred.

The sexual tension in the air from his tone of voice made you drop your head, using a hand to cover your mouth slightly. When you glanced up at him, he simply stared at you, expectantly.

"Um... I guess... Stop staring at me, dumbass." You quickly delayed your confession with a weak command, starting to quiver at the thought of being rejected.

"Mmm. But you're so cute. If I stop looking at you, I might die." He dramatically recited, hand on his forehead to feign distress.

"Shut up, already..!" You rolled your eyes.

"I guess- It's like... My heart beats really fast when I see you. And my body gets all warm and tingly... And I don't really know what it all means, but..." You tightly closed your eyes shut. What you said next could either make or break the relationship. Satori waited for you to continue.

"And I guess," You paused to take a deep breath. Just to stall. "I guess I like you... In a way that just friends shouldn't..." You continued, quietly. Why were you ashamed of yourself? There was nothing to be afraid of. Tendou would never do anything to hurt you, and you knew that.

A moment of silence.

Then, you felt a pat on your head. A soft, gentle one.

"In that case, I like you too~ In a way that boyfriends would."

God, sorry for the month long wait. And sorry for any mistakes, I was in a voice chat while doing this and I nearly bust a lung at our conversation lmaoooo.

Also, how would you guys feel about a Devilman Crybaby book? I recently watched it and I don't see enough male reader books for it... Or any for that matter. Weird since there are several lgbtq+ characters in it.
