police: there's been an accident.-

Santana: what? who?

Police: it'd be better if we talk to both you and Rachel and you will need to sit down.

Santana: come in...rachel!

Rachel: yeah (sees the police)Santana what's going on?

(Finn and puck come out)

Finn: um hello officers (turns to Rachel) she's asleep.

Rachel: thanks....so officers what happened?

Police: well do you know Adam and Sarah james?

Santana: yes are they okay?

Police: well we notified they're siblings and remaining living parents and they told us that they left you with their daughter Mia is that correct?

Rachel: yes they left her with me.

Police: well they were driving and someone drove in front of them and they had to stop fast but there was a truck behind them that hit there car...

Rachel: oh my god! (starts crying)

Finn: (wraps arms around her)

Santana: (crying while puck is holding her) are they okay......

Police: Adam died on impact and Sarah died on the way to the hospital....I'm sorry.

Rachel&Santana: (crying hard)

Finn: so what now?what happens to Mia?

Police: well tomorrow their attorney will come here and read their will to you and your family so try and act fine around her.

Puck: thank you officers.

Police: just doing our jobs again I'm sorry for your loss.

-they leave and Finn and puck comfort the girls then Mia starts crying-

Finn: I'll get her (Rachel grabs Finns hand)

Rachel: can...you....bring.....her to....me?

(Crying)

Finn: yeah (kisses her head)

Santana: Ray what do you thinks gonna happen to Mia?

Rachel: I don't know.

(Finn comes back with the baby)

Finn: babe I think she wants you.

Rachel: (gets the baby and stops crying)hey pretty girl what's wrong?

Mia: Ray Ray (wants Rachel)

Finn: look we should go to sleep keep it normal around her okay guys?

Rachel: yeah Finns right puck can comfort sannie in the room and we'll wait till she's asleep okay?

Finn: yeah.

Santana: okay night Rae, night Finn (kisses Mia's cheek) night sweetie.

-everyone goes to there room-

-Finn and Rachel-

Rachel: hey babe?

Finn: yeah?

Rachel: can Mia sleep with us? i don't want her alone.

Finn: yeah babe sure you get in bed with her settled and I'll go change. (kisses her head)

-next morning-

(Everyone's at Rachel and Santana's now with the attorney)

Attorney sue: the funeral will be paid for so will,shelby,and Sarah's mother can handle that now onto their will.Adam and Sarah left there house to Santana Maria Shuester and everything is paid and you can sell it but to someone in the family.

Adams car the Mustang Gt. 2013 will go to Blaine Andrew Shuester.

Everything else will be decided amongst the family.

Now onto their daughter 1year old Mia Gabrielle James, Sarah and Adam wanted to leave her to someone who is just like Sarah and who Mia trusts the most besides her parents.....Ms Rachel Barbra Shuester.

Rachel: wait they left her with me? (shocked)

Attorney: yes they did. now you may keep her and raise her or you can pass her to your parents they were the next choice.

Rachel: can I have a minute? (goes outside)

Finn: babe you okay?

Rachel: should I raise Mia? and what about you and me if we will be married one day I will need your input too.

Finn: I love Mia so it's up to you baby.

Rachel: okay.....

(They go back in)

Rachel: okay I will take her.

Will: are you sure babygirl?

Rachel: yes daddy if Sarah and Adam trust me with their princess I will do my best to raise her.

Attorney: she and Adam also wrote each of you letters.okay then that's it a social worker will be here on Monday in a week to discuss if you want to adopt her legally.

Rachel: okay thank you

-the attorney leaves-

Shelby: sweetie we will have to turn the guest room in to her room...

Rachel: okay then we should go to her house and get her things and furniture.

Finn: babe we can paint it too how did her room look?

Rachel: it was a light purple with her name above her crib and pink butterflies.

Finn: okay puck you me and will are gonna get that ready while the girls go and pack up Mia's things.

Puck: okay bro.

Will: we'll get that ready you girls head over there.

Shelby: okay bye boys.

-they go there separate ways to get Mia settled and everything packed and done-
