Plot:

Strike Withes is set in an alternate version of 1944 where events of World War II are very to what we know to be true. Alien invaders known as the neuroi came to Earth in 1939. This is not the first appearance of the Neuroi as they have appeared at seemingly random intervals throughout human history. While the Neuroi primarily attacks humanity using aircrafts, their mothership is able to produce a deadly miasma a chemical that is fatally poisonous to humans forcing the populations of affected areas to flee from their homes. The Neuroi then use the affected areas to plunder the Earth's natural resources to use against humanity. Luckily the miasma cannot spread across the water, making the ocean humanity's main line of defence against the Neuroi.

After discovering that the Neuroi are capable of communication with humans and making peace with the nest above Galia the Witches squads are now on a mission to re establish communication when a sudden attack vanishes the Neuroi; they now discover a new and massive nest that just appeared covering all of Europe. Ruthless and without mercy it annihilates allied forces along with Witches. Word of the attack reaches Fuso and a support battalion is deployed to rescue the survivors. Among the rescue team is the former Striker Caption Mio Sakamoto and the now civilian Yoshika Miyafuji who want to save their dear friends. 

Strike Witches Operation Victory Arrow
Operation Victory arrow is set in the period between the end of Operation Mars in the second tv series and the 2012 Strike Witches movie. The three 30 minute short stories depict the lives of the members who returned to their respective homes.

Strike Witches The Movie
In 1945, Yoshika Miyafuji who lost her wotch powers during the Strike Witches Last assignment has been studying to become a doctor. Shizuka Hattori one of her cadets in the Imperial Fuso Navy then arrives to deliver a message: Yoshika is to be transferred for study abroad in Europe.

Brave Witches
In September 1944 allied forces led by the 501st Joint Fighter Wing "Strike Witches" successfully eliminate the Neuroi threat from the skies of he Republic of Galia thus ensuring the security of western Europe. Taking advantage of this victory allied forces begin a full fledge push toward central and eastern Europe. From a base in Petersburg in the Empire of Orussia, the 502nd Joint Fighter Wing "Brave Witches" upon whom mankind has placed its hopes, flies with courage to the cold skies of eastern Europe.

Brave Witches: Petersburg Daisenryaku
As New Year's Eve draws closer, preparations for a holiday party are underway in Petersburg. In anticipation of the event, Eila Ilmatar Juutilainen of the 501st Joint Fighter Wing is determined to take Sanya V. Litvyak on a leisurely walk around the city. However, despite Eila's best intentions, she gets interrupted every time she gets a chance to ask Sanya out, ruining the moment and separating the girls. To make things worse, a Neuroi is approaching the base, threatening both the squadmates and the celebration in Petersburg.

Strike Witches: 501 Butai Hasshin Shimasu!
Yoshika Miyafuji joins the 501st joint fighter wing, a defence unit specialised in taking down alien beings known as Neuroi. However, in days of no invasion, she and the members of the unit are taking down day to day tasks like cooking and laundry.
