For a comic
"Have you read Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen?"
"Yes, of course, certainly. I don't know a soul who hasn't heard of it."
"What is your opinion of it?"
"Oh! I believe it has grown into me as a favorite, I cannot help but develop a partiality for Austen's works."
"Indeed, although I'm certainly convinced that the characters would captivate your fancy; knowing you I do not doubt this."
"Oh, yes, of course! I had a discovery and slight reflection during Mr Darcy's character development. I believe myself to be just like him in some ways, for I can be proud and conceited when I ought."
"Really? How come I see none of it?"
"Well, you see, old friend, I'm a very reserved person, like Mr Darcy, but, in a way, I am unlike him because none have truly seen what I am. I trust not even my parents are certain of my true personality, for I am always obliged to wear a mask of fake sensibility and a character that would suit a certain occasion. I've realized this since childhood and it isn't a healthy habit, I dare say, dear, for now even I am not certain of my true character."
