BEN does have an extreme fear of water (aquaphobia) but he can drink water and take showers.
He just doesn't like anything that's a body of water such as a tub, pool, lake, etc., all the pastas learned this when someone not naming any name (*cough* Jeff *cough*) decided to pull a prank with again not naming names (*cough* Masky *cough*). Said prank involved dumping BENs face in water. Masky and Jeff thought it was ok since he was immortal but boy where they wrong, BEN had at least 3 heart attacks in that second it was really bad Masky had to take him to EJ
After they both apologized BEN explained why his name was "Drowned" and why he so afraid of water. after that the pastas are surprisingly supportive. but every blue moon the pasta have to pick form a hat on who to force BEN into a bath, they don't pick out a hat because they don't feel like it, they do it because whenever this time comes BEN pleads and begs not go he says things like "he'll never do anything else to annoy you" and "please have mercy on me" and sometime "DONT DO IT IM BEGGING YOU" and it really hurts all his friends to see him like this. But it has to be done.
