Whenever sang my songs,

On a stage, on my own.

Whenever said my words,

Wishing they could be heard...

He stared out in the distance, the sunset lighting up the whole sky. Shenzen was full of life as many people started preparing for the Festival. The wind blew through his brown locks as he walked through the garden, talking to no one.

"Hey man what's up?" Seokmin asked him, smiling like always, his smile standing out and causing many of the new students to stop and stare. Minghao just muttered and Seokmin shrugged it off, "You should talk more, maybe more people would like you," then paused as two women staffs walked by Seokmin and smiled, "Hey Seokmin, they got ramenh on the stalls." And Seokmin was gone before Minghao could blink.

Minghao walked over to the giant stage, watching everyone decorate and try to understand Jisoo. He had been under a lot of stress lately, trying to get the whole festival ready in time. He had been acting different lately, but everyone guessed it was just because of the stress.

Seventeen hadn't had a promotions lately, and after producing the new songs of their new album, after the world tour, everyone was given a break to enjoy the festival.

Minghao looked to the stage, seeing Junhui working on the decorations. Juni was out chasing birds away from the stage, meowing happily. Junhui looked up and saw Minghao looking at him, and smiled sweetly, before Jisoo barked at him to finish his work.

I saw you smiling at me,

Was it real or just my fantasy?

You'd always be there in the corner,

Of this tiny, little bar...

"Xu Minghao, please come back to the Hotel, the CEO is looking for you," said the intercom, "I repeat, Xu Minghao, please come back to the Hotel, the CEO is looking for you"

Minghao turned away and trudged off to CEO's room at the hotel, seeing Junhui frown slightly. He arrived to the 17th floor and looked for CEO emotionessly. But thr CEO wasn't there, and it was empty. A strange voice behind him made him turn suddenly and stare right into the eyes of Mingming. "Mingming?" Minghao asked, "what are you doing here?"

But his arch rival just grinned at him, his dark eyes glowing. "I heard you and Junhui, my Junhui have something going on. I knew you were too shy to actually get a man so I came to investigate. No one is going after my Junhui are they?" At this moment, Mingming laughed, as if guessing that all the other guys thought the black-haired beauty was off limits because he was Mingming's ex.

Mingyu had to hold back a smile, something he had to do every since he meet Junhui. Although Junhui and him had nothing going on, Minghao wished they did. Of course, he would never admit that, expecially not in front of Mingming.

But adrenaline flowed through Minghao, and he wanted to pick on Mingming. He smiled and said, "Well actually yes, Junhui is very popular in front of everyone. And although Junhui and I have nothing going on, I hope that we will."

He laughed at the reaction on Mingming's face. "What the hell?!" Minghao laughed harder and harder, trying to contain himself. Ever since he meet Junhui, he had been more cheerful and friendly; to all but Mingming that is.

"That's it Minghao, I'm gonna make sure you never again see the light of day." Mingming pulled out his dagger, standing in a fighting stance. Minghao eagerly accepted his challenge and drew his nunchunks with his phone, ready to call on Wonwoo or Soonyoung,  if he needed them. But he doubted he would, even if he layed dying; then he would live with Mingming making fun of him and saying he couldn't fight on his own and needed the help of his two friends.
