After re-watching all of the Mission PAW episodes, I drew the character who is basically Casey Dogsworth in a nutshell.
There's one difference between them: Sweetie got caught by her owner/caregiver and got disciplined for her actions, Casey on the other hand, has gotten caught by her victim's family but her mother refuses to believe them, so she gets away with her deeds and does not get disciplined.
