Annie's POV.

I woke up and we were late. I woke up hayden and he woke up and i told him to get dressed. So we got ready and went to school. We got there and people stared at us in the hallways. It was weird its like everyone thought we were together or something which were not by the way.
H - hey my friends are coming this way act natural and hold my hand
A - ok ? Fine
So his friends came over to us and looked at us and looked at our hands. Then a girl named Mackenzie told hayden something.
M - so hayden do you wanna hang out later at my place if you know what i mean
H - cant busy and im taken
M - ok then by who ?
H - her
M - your with this loner freak
When she said that i was about to cry but i held it in. Then hayden said something back.
H - ok she's not a loner or freak shes a wonderful and beautiful girl and i love her so stfu mackenzie ok
I cant believe he stood up for me. Am i falling for him ? I also can't believe he said he loves me. Did he mean that ? Or was it part of his plan?
M - ok then if you "love" her then kiss her
A - wait what ?
M - kiss her on the lips
H- right in front of you guys
M - well duh
H - uh-
A - why do we have to prove it to you guys for even its stu-
Hayden cutted me of and kissed me. We were kissing for like 4 minutes and we realised they were shocked mostly the whole school saw and took pictures. We stopped and i wiped my mouth and hayden ddid the same.
M - huh wow you really do love her dont you
H - yeah i do so bye slut
M - excuse me ?
H - you heard me ok so bye
M - whatever but one day you will fall for me
H - in your dreams
Then she left and i pulled hayden some where private.
A - what was that for ?
H - what that kiss ?
A - yes that why did you do it
H - cause i like you why is that bad to do
A - yes and no you dont like me no one dosent you shouldnt have defended me
H - well i did annie
A - why ? Why me
H - because i like you a lot
A - i know that but why me? Why not any other girl who likes you ?
H - ok the reason why i chose is because your different then them your beautiful,smart,funny,amazing
A - i am ?
H - yes you are annie its just you like to bring your self down which isnt good even you shouldnt care what peop-
I cut him of and kissed him and he kissed me back. Then we pulled away and stared at each other. Then he said something.
H - are you falling for him ?
A - uh no....
H - you sure ?
A - yes are you ?
H - am i what ?
A - falling for me ?
H - no...
Then it was silent then we went to class.

Annie's POV.

I went home and layed down and texted hayden. Yes i still have his phone number and no i dont like him but i know he likes me its cause he's nervous to tell me. But im his friend and he should know that buy now. It was 10:40PM so i went to sleep amd thought about what happened today.
