Caitlin's P.O.V.
I am about to leave the lab when Cisco says something that I didn't quite catch.
"What was that, Cisco?" I ask.
"Barry and Iris got married 6 months ago and you are three weeks pregnant, so when did you get pregnant?" Cisco asks.
"Francisco Ramone! That is none of your business!" I shout.
"I am just trying to help," Cisco says.
"I know," I say.
"When did you get pregnant?" Cisco asks.
"You remember when we caught Michael Kim, Melting Point?" I ask.
"Yeah," Cisco says.
"Once Barry regained his speed, I invited Barry and Iris out for a celebratory drink. Iris declined but Barry accepted," I explain.
"That's crazy," Cisco says.
Cisco and I decide to get a drink of water. We make our way to the kitchen. I see a yellow glow but when I turn to see who is watching us, no one is there.
"You okay, Caitlin?" Cisco asks.
"Yeah. I thought I saw something or someone but there was nothing there," I say.
"Lets hope it wasn't Barry watching us," Cisco says.
'I hope not,' I think to myself.
We walk to the kitchen. When we get there, Iris and Joe are there. I stop at the door.
"Hey Cisco. Hey Caitlin," Joe says.
"Hey you two," Iris says.
"Hey," Cisco says.
"Are you alright Caitlin?" Joe asks.
"I feel like I'm going to be sick again," I say.
Everyone is silent for a few seconds.
"Oh. Yep," I say, rushing to the bathroom.
This time it is Iris that follows me to the bathroom to hold my hair back while I vomit into the toilet bowl.
"What's up Caitlin?" Iris asks.
"I have no clue what you are talking about," I say.
"You just puked all your stomach contents into the toilet bowl," Iris says.
By now we have walked to the main lab. Barry is standing there.
"What's going on?" Barry asks.
"Caitlin just vomited," Iris says.
"Again," Barry says.
"What do you mean again?" Iris asks.
"Cisco said she vomited earlier this morning," Barry explains.
"You should get some tests done," Iris tells me.
"Before I left, Cisco was running some tests," Barry says.
"They can back negative to any illnesses," I say, not entirely lying.
"I want to see those results," Barry says.
"They are my test results. I don't have to show you if I don't want to," I say.
Barry rushes into my office and comes back with the test results that will reveal I am pregnant. Barry opens the file.
"Barry! Don't!" I try to warn him.
It's too late. He has opened the file. He drops it to the ground.
"You're 3 weeks pregnant," Barry says.
"WHAT?" Iris shouts.
The whole team rushes in.
"What happened?" Cisco asks.
"I told you not to read those results but you didn't listen. I can't believe you," I say, leaving the room.
Barry follows me.
"Leave me alone, Barry," I say.
"I wanna know the truth," Barry says.
"What truth?" I ask.
"Is it mine?" Barry asks.
I stop dead in my tracks when he asks me that.
"Is it?" Barry asks.
"What would you do if I said it was?" I ask.
"I would divorce Iris and support you and the child," Barry says.
"You can't do that," I say.
"Yes I can and I will because I can tell it is mine," Barry says.
I turn to face him only to see him removing his wedding band. He is about to throw it away when I tell him to stop.
"Yes the kid is yours but I want you to stay with Iris. I might not keep the child," I say.
