Chapter 8 - I Can't Unlove You

Eleanor's POV

I gobsmacked my face when i saw Lou's car ambushed. He lets go my arm and ran to his car. I ran to him and saw him shed a tear.

"No, Louis don't cry! whoever done this should pay! I'll call the police" i said. I pulled my phone and dialed the police. But Louis stopped me and hugged me. "No. Don't do it, love. I don't care who did this. As long as i have you, i don't care" he said whispering to my ear. He wrapped his right arm around me and we walked inside. I pulled him to my room and we laid down on my bed, his arms still around me. He's a really amazing guy. He's always there for me. I love him so damn much.

5 minutes later someone texted me. It was my ex's older sister, Hally Parkerson.

From: Hally Parkerson

Hi Eleanor, i know we haven't talk since the breakup years ago but... Did Henry did somethinng? He went home and his car looked crashed. And he said "It's for Eleanor's new boyfriend". I'm really curious of what he did so i asked you.

I sat up and my jaw dropped. It was Henry.

"What's wrong?" Louis asked.

"I know who did this to your car" I said looking at him dramatically. Yeah weird but true.

"Who?" he asked curiously.

"Henry Parkerson"

Louis looked down looking shocked, nervous, and sad at the same time. "You know Louis, we're gonna fix your car. okay?" i said pulling his chin up. "I don't care about the car. He's been gone for almost 4 years, and he's still doing this? When will he even stop?" he asked himself. Wait a minute, 'When will he even stop?'. Does that mean Henry has done these kind of stuff to Louis for 3 years?

"Louis, what did he do to you in this past 3 years?" i asked him. He looked frustrated.

"Well... He once broke into my house while i was asleep and stole something" he said.

"What something?" i asked looking at him.

"Something that could change our lives" he said inches to my face.

"What is it?" I asked.

"An engagement ring"

My face turned red and i was about to get mad but Louis made me shut up by kissing me. 30 seconds later, i let go and blushed.

He wanted to propose me

Louis suddenly cried and ran out of the room. "Louis! Wait!" i shouted. I chased him but he kept running away from me. He ran outside. I kept chasing him. Then he suddenly stopped. He looked at me exhausted. He suddenly ran to me and hugged me really tight, really tight. "I'm sorry Eleanor, i love you so much but i think you deserve someone way better than me" He said crying. He unburried his head from my shoulder and stared to my eyes. I suddenly cried. I don't wanna lose him.

"No, Louis. I love you so much. You're the reason why i believe in love. Don't leave me, please" i said crying. He wiped my tears and whisper to my ear, "You remember 'Forever and Always', right?". I laughed and nodded. It's weird though laughing after crying. He also laughed which means he was joking the whole time. I just know it.

"I was joking babeeeee don't take it too seriously!" he said laughing and hugging me. "You scared me to death!" I screamed inches to his face, laughing. Suddenly he leaned to me and gave a me a sweet passionate kiss. I must say, he's the best kisser ever.

He put right his arm around my shoulders and we walked inside. Leaving Louis' wrecked car on the sideway. I love him so much and there's nothing i could do about it. I just can't unlove him, i can't okay.

Louis's POV

I love Eleanor with all my heart and i can do nothing about it. She's a part of my life. I would never leave her. Out of millions of girls in the world, Eleanor is the one. And i never wanna tell Eleanor about what Henry has done to me in this past 3 years because i don't want her to worry. I want her to be happy.

*2 days later*

Eleanor is out with her friends today so i decided to go visit the boys. The boys are now at Niall's flat so i drove out my Range Rover car (since the porsche one is on service) out of the garage and drove to Niall's. Gladly, there are no fans outside Niall's flat so i just parked in and knocked the door. 10 seconds later, the door cracked and Liam came out.

"HEY MATE!" he said giving me a hug.

"Ey Liam! Eleanor's out with her friends, may i join you and the boys?" i asked.

He pulled me in and all i saw was a racket. Everyone was busy. Niall and Zayn was playing video games and Harry was reading a novel called "My Cat and Me", he's weird. "Boo Bear's here!" Liam shouted. Everyone suddenly stopped whatever they're doing and gave me hugs. I hugged back and they all pulled me to the living room. I sat on the couch and the boys joined in.

"Where's Eleanor? It's quite weird that you didn't bring her here. You're always with her!" Niall said turning on the TV. "Yeah she's out with her friends. And yeah i miss her" i said scratching my head. "You love her, don't you?" Harry said. "Yeah.. so much. I couldn't imagine life without my baby doll" i said smiling and nodding. I like calling Eleanor Baby Dol' since she likes calling me Boo Bear. It's like a Me and Eleanor thing. "Well if you love her so much, make her happy" Harry said. I was confused on what he said. I already made Eleanor happy. What does he mean by that?

"Wait what?" i said confusingly.

"Make her yours. Marry Her" Zayn said.

"Yeah i once planned to propose her but a bitch stole the ring" I said covering my face.

"Who the hell stole it?" Liam asked seriously.

"Her ex"

Everyone froze and gave me a why the hell did he do that? what a bitch face. I nodded and made a puppy face. Liam suddenly patted me and whispered to my ear. "Louis, you're buying a new ring today" he said. I smiled weirdly, it thought it was a joke. But it's not. The boys are actually pulling me up.

"You're not gonna be like this forever louis. You're already 23" Harry said.

"Yes, i love her so much but i'm just fucking scared ok" I said hugging a pillow.

"Why?" Liam said patting my back.

"What if she says no? What if she doesn't love me back? What if we're not meant to be? I'm really scared" 

"She loves you wtih all her heart, Louis" Niall said patting my back.

"How do you know that?" I said glimmering my eyes to Niall.

"Kill me if she says no" 

I froze. Does Eleanor really love me? 

"So, Louis, are you up for a second chance?" Zayn said.

"Yes" i said smiling. The boys cheered and we all ran to my car. I decided to buy the ring at where my parents got their ring which is a jewelry store near my house. The person there knows me and Eleanor so it wouldn't be awkward. If you know what i mean.

10 minutes later...

I got out the car and walked in the store, with the others behind me. As soon as i went in, a guy greeted me. 

"Hey! Well isn't it Louis Tomlinson" He said shaking my hand.

"Yeah it is. You know i'm quiet in the hurry, i-" i was about to say it but Niall cut my words.

"He's looking for an engagement ring" he said.

The salesguy suddenly pulled me to a wooden closet. As he open it, i saw tons of engagement rings. It was so sparkly and so beautiful. There are pink ones, blue ones, everything is in there. I looked carefully one-by-one. But i saw it. The perfect one. It's normally sliver, but it was written "Forever & Always" on it. It was beautiful, really beautiful. It has a heart shaped diamond on it. It's an amazing ring.

"I'm gonna get this" i pointed the ring to the salesguy. He nodded and took it out. The boys all peeked from my back. "That's a really beautiful ring. Eleanor's gonna love it" Zayn said. I smiled and nodded. I followed the salesguy to the cashier and paid... it's quiet expensive so i'm not gonna share it lollllll.
