Rydel and i walked to where the boys couldnt hear us talking. Rydel is the only person i could tell secrets to especially if it was what im about to tell her. "So what do you need to talk to me about Val" she asked. "I had and still have a huge crush on Rocky,and its kinda awkward cause i know he doesnt like me" i said hoping she would make me smile even more. "He does like you though,the whole time we were coming here from Colorado he talked non-stop about how pretty you are,how much he likes you,even before wed play a show he would look at Riker and say "I wish Val was here,she could grab her guitar and play with us if she was" we would try to get him to talk about something else but it never worked" she said laughing. "Wait he does like me? All we would really do is sit on the bridge and write love songs together,and he let me keep them so no one could see them." i replied kinda confused. "exactly" she said smiling. "Oh i understand now,please dont tell him" i said feeling stupid. "i wont teill him i promice" she said giggling. "Do you maybe want to stay the night at my house tonight,i have to show you something that no one else knows about" i replied wanting to hang out after these long 5 years. "sure,ill ask mom after the show,c'mon i gotta get back on stage" she said with an excited tone.
Riker P.O.V
I was suprised to see Valarey after these 5 years. Rocky and i both like her but i dont think she likes either of us. After 6 minutes Rydel and Val ran back over to the van. Val went to the front of the crowd and we went back on stage to play our last few songs. "This one is a song that we know for sure one of you girls will really want to get up here and sing with Rydel so were gonna let you" i said trying not to laugh as the crowd screamed. "Valarey come on up here you know you want to" Rydel said laughing at the look on Vals face. "Really you guys are gonna let me" Val said excitedly. "Yes really come on get up here" i said reaching my hand down to pull her on stage. She grabbed my hand and i carefully helped her on stage. "This one is called "Never" and it will so much fun to sing now that i have my best friend to sing it with me" Rydel said making Valarey smile even bigger.
