Chapter 2:New or old acquaintances

The morning was like usual. Getting up, ready and leave for school. When Elsword arrived at the school he noticed that the whispers about him had stopped but he could feel the tension in the air.
"Hi Elsword." Aisha said as she approached him with Rena.
"Hi." was his only response.
"What's the matter? You look a bit down." Rena said conserned.
"None of your comaern." Elsword and entered the school building.
He wasn't in the mood to talk to anyone at that moment.
"Hey wait up!" Aisha said.
"Just leave me alone." Elsword souted pushing her away and continued walking.
"You don't have to be so rude. She was just being friendly." Rena said.
"It's ok Rena. Come on we'll be late for class." Aisha said grabbing Elsword by the arm and dragging him all the way to the classroom with Rena following.

At lumch break Aisha and Rena invited Elsword to eat with them on the roof, well more likemdraghed him there. On the roof wasma girl with long silver hair that reached her ankles. Upon hearing them she turned around and started walking to their direction. She had yellowish eyes with a blue round glass-crystal thing on her forhead and bright blue symbols above her head. She was wearimg a black and white shirt witha a blue crystal on the center of her chest. She had a removeable black and white armor in the form of a skirt with blue gems and reached her ankles. A piece of white cloath was art her neck and white with a bit of black gloves that reached her shoulders. Her boots were white and reached her upper legs with blue gems at the buttom front.(Eve Code: Battle Seraph outfit)

As she passed by them she slightly turned and looked at Elsword before going down the stairs.
"Who was she? I haven't seen her before." Rena said.
"I have. She is Eve. She is in the A class." Aisha said.
"Eve." Elsword murmured.
It was Elswords first time eating with someome else. It brought a twinklimg sensetiom to his chest and he was annoyed by the foreign feeling. He decieded he shoud leave since he had to search for demons when the sun went down.
"Hey where are you going?" Aisha asked.
"I'm leaving." Elsword responded.
"But you haven't eat anything. You'll starve till night." Aisha said.
"Don't care." Was his only answer and he left the rooftop.
None saw Elsword for the rest of the day.

Elsword ran through the nearly empty street. Only a few people who had work at night were out so it was easier for him to move around unseen. He had sensed a strong demonic aura a few muinites back but it always seemed to be moving. Turning another corner to his right he bumped into someone causing him to stamble back a little. He looked up and saw a man with short black hair and gold eyes that flashed with recognition.
"Are you okey? Why is a kid like you running around at this hour?" the man said.
"I'm fine. If you excuse me, I have somewhere to be." Elsword responded coldly and left.
The man stood there. An expretion of mixed emotions on his face. He was sad for the boy to not have recognised him and anger for those responsible for it.

After the encounter with the strang man, Elsword was confused. He felt like he knew him from somewhere but he couldn't figure out where. The more he thought about it the more his left eye hurt, so he desided to leave the matter for the moment. He had a bemon to find. Turning another corner he saw blood and body parts everywhere. Elsword felt the urge to vomit but excited at the same time. Small flashes of a burning village and a sae of blood going through his mind. He didn't even know why he was seeing them. He was brought out of his thoughts by a fist heading his way. He quickly dodged and made a rune in the air that made his sword appear. The demon was now focused only on him and charged full speed but Elsword was faster amd dodged again in time. Then Elsword brought down his sword but little damage was done due to the demon's hard skin. During the fight Elsword took the upper hand when all of a sudden his covered eye started hurting, distracting him from the battle and almost getting hit by the demons next attack. While he was fighting smaller demons started coming out of the shadows aa the pain in his eye grow more intense.
Even with runes that allowed him to strike multiple demons at once and with the pain incrissing the more they appear it was becoming more and more dificult to keep the smal ones at bay and fight the dig one.

One of the demon's attacks hit him and sent his sword a few metres away, so Elsword had to rely on runes. Another hit from the big demon sent him back and the back of his head collided with the building behind him. He strugled to get up. A good thing was that he had managed to destroy the smaller ones and imflict damage on the digger demon with [Phoenix Talon]. The demon started heading his direction and Elsword found himself to weak to move. The demon got ready to hit him but a thin blade stopped its arm. Through a blury vision Elsword saw a black and white figure calling his name. The voice was familiar but didn't know why and how that person knew his name. He was unable to voice his thoughts for he passed out from exhaustion.
