Chapter 1 ~Prologue

Lucy was on her way to school, like always. She heard her stomach rumble again. 'Damn it. People are going to hear. *sigh* Just ignore it, nothing new.' Lucy thought as she walked.

She doesn't live that far away so by the time her stomach stopped making noise, and she had finished her line of thoughts, she had reached to school. Lucy only really had one friend. Her name was Levy McGarden.

"Hey Lucy, how have you been? Do anything interesting during the weekend?" asked Levy.

"No. Same as always. Stayed in my room, watched anime, went to sleep." Lucy explained with a straight face and no emotion.

Lucy and Levy reached their lockers. They have their lockers placed beside each other, Levy had to beg the principal though.

"Everything alright? You seem more sad than usual." Levy asked, her face only showed concern for her friend.

"Yeah. I'm fine. Let's go to the library before classes start." Offered, more like demanded, Lucy.

"Sure." agreed Levy.

As they walked, a group of people blocked Lucy's way. 2 of them pushed Levy away and told her to go.

Levy didn't want to, but she had to get a teacher before things got worse. The only thing Levy could do was pray that Lucy doesn't get too hurt.

"So, what should we do today?" Asked one of them, his name was Sting. Beside him, blocking Lucy from leaving the corner they had her backed up in, was Rouge.

"Please, let me leave." begged Lucy quietly.

"Ha! She thinks that we're just going to let her go! That's hilarious." Exclaimed Rouge, a dark grin appearing on his face.

Hope you all enjoyed that little opening to my new story! If you all were wondering where I was, I have been trying to think of ideas for actual stories, and not just one-shots. I will try to update both of the ones that i have started on, but I don't have a set date to when chapters/parts will be out.
