Alexander Hamilton hopped off the bus. He was amazed by amount of big buildings. They weren't actually that big, but he had never really known anything other than the small island in the Caribbean. He was so awed that he walked right into someone. He looked at them to apologize but when he did he decided that what he was looking at was what may have been the most adorable face he had ever seen. His hair was very curly and pulled back in a ponytail, he had big bright green eyes, and a lot, like a lot of freckles.

"Oh, I...uh... I'm sorry," Alex stuttered.

"Oh, that's ... uh... that's alright," he said blushing and smiling a little bit. "I'll see you around," The guy said and walked off."

"Bye," Alex said quietly, although he knew the guy couldn't hear him. He was so awed by the city he was sucked back into a daze, his thoughts now dazzled with the face of the mysterious man. He walked into the huge building and made his way to the front desk.

"This is the school, correct?" He asked a lady who sat blank faced at the desk. She was very skinny with bleach blond hair and a hot pink blouse.

"What does it look like, a McDonalds? Of course it's a school. Is there not students?" Her voice was high pitches and sickeningly sweet. Alex did in fact see students rushing through hallways and lugging books from class to class.

"Um.. uh..y-yes," Alexander said slowly, then cursing himself for stuttering in the face of some blond, old, wannabe Barbie.

"Well, then," she folded her hands across her desk, "WHAT DO YOU WANT?!" She screeched. Alexander was surprised that no students even glanced at the screaming banshee lady. Then again, they must have gotten used to her by now.

"I WANT TO KNOW MY ROOM NUMBER!"Alex yelled back, at which students began to stare at him.

"Oh... okay..." she said. She sounded shocked, like no one had ever dared to do that before. She asked his name and gave him his key that had a tag attached that said 204. He walked down a long corridor that seemed to be where the dorms were. The hallway had a deep red carpet and tall pillars. 204 204 204, he said over and over in his head.

I know it's not long but really wanted to post something 😂.
