Chapter 10.

I'm on my way to the sport store to take the basketball as Mr. Kim told me. As I got closer to the store, I could see the door already opened. Someone there? I thought. So I decided to walk slowly and quietly to the door. I peeked a little bit. Then, I saw her jumping repeatedly to take the volleyball. "Cute" I muttered. At the same time, I was thinking whether to help her or not. Since there's one here other than us, maybe I will help her. Then, I greeted her by saying "To short". She shockingly turned towards me. I didn't wait her to answer or give any words so I started walking towards her with a smirk. She just keep quiet and bowed her head a little bit. I stopped a three step away from her and bends my body. I wonder if she brave enough to climb on my back, I thought as I told her to do so. Surprisingly she does.

I could feel something started to cringe in my body, my face slowly become hot and my heartbeat beat rapidly that I think it could explode!. I hurriedly asked her to take the volleyball cause I think I'm dying because of this uncomfortable feeling!. I was really thankful for the light because it was deam which it help to hide my already crimson red face. After she said thank you I immediately take the basketball and walked out from the store. "Stupid feeling" I cursed as I walked away from the sport store.

The Next Day,

"Hmmm......I still got more hours to spend before going to work" disappointment could clearly be heard in my tone. Then, I grabbed my phone and started chatting with the girls. After a few minutes, I look at the time and still it was far from getting closer with my time of work. I decided to do my homework and luckily it was math. I could kill more hours with that subject cause even one question of quadratic I spend almost 30 minutes to answer it!.

As I was thinking for the answer, I accidentally saw my school sports clothes neatly folded on the small table next to the mini book shelf. My mind rushed to the moment of me and Yoongi in the sport store. I still can believe he take an advantage on me. Like seriously is he the kind of guy like that!?. Pervert!. But still I can deny the fact that I'm happy or more like on top of the world cause he did helped me to take the volleyball, is that mean he did care a little bit of me?!. Even a slightly thought of that make me flutter.

Time Skip,

"It's almost 3:40 p.m. now, I better get ready" I started searching for a simple clothes in my wardrobe. After that, I checked my phone and there's a message from SinB. >Give me your address< that's what it was written. I'm curious but still give it anyway. Then, I headed out to go for my part-time job.

In the cafe, "you early!" tease Momo cheerfully while giving me a hug. "Well I want to be the best worker" I replied sarcastically. "Hope you will" Momo said again with an aegyo. I rolled up my eyes and walked towards the staff room to get my apron. After some time, "there's lot customers today" I said to Momo while wiping some glass next to her. "Well we should be thankful right" "Yes unnie" I said then continued doing my work. "Umji" called Momo. "Yes?" I replied immediately. "Mrs. Wan texted me to tell you that you have to work a little bit late today..uhmm...'til 11 p.m." "Ohw...okay but why?" "Don't know..maybe cause of the so many customers" replied Momo unsure.

After awhile, "Umji I think it's time" said Momo suddenly. I quickly look at the clock. "Oh gosh! Its almost 12 am!"  "Guess working make us forget about the time isn't" added Momo while cleaning some table. "Yeah...." " Okay let's hurry up finish this and we can go home" said Momo again. I think this is not a cafe anymore, its more like a nightclub!. I giggled at my own thought.

"Umji...I am really sorry to not be able accompanying you to go home" Momo said with a worried face. "It's okay and its not your fault either..we live in the separate path so..." "okay okay teacher stop lecturing me, we should really go home now..it already midnight! We can't risk anything bad to happen right" "Ok fine" I replied with a little bit angry tone. "Awww....are you mad? Aigooo..here let me hug you!" before I could even replied, she already hugging me. "ok ok...goodnight and goodbye and be safe unnie" I said cutely. "Aigoo..you too cutie" Momo said as she blinked at me. After that, we both went separate way.

On the way home, I saw a group of drunken man. Good what a good timing, I cursed in my thought. I quickly hide behind a street light and wait until a few minutes. I was scared, I know they can see me since I'm not that skinny to be able hiding behind this street light!. But thankfully there's a group of people walking towards their direction so I immediately followed them. "(Sigh)....guess I'm lucky tonight, I hope this is the first and last time I saw them!" and finally I arrived at my apartment.

"I'm home!" I said to the nothingness. "Geez..I'm being crazy but it's fun tho". I was so tired that I couldn't bear to get clean anymore so I just went straight to my bedroom and sleep after changing into pyjamas.
