The untainted summer day
The feverish warmth saturate my cheeks and the sun shining bright
It's this perfect moment where I want to stay
The people I love altogether that I can rely on everyday
Smiling and Laughing amidst the aestival light
The untainted summer day
Each and all happily agreeing to child's play
We all rejoice in a friendly water balloon fight
It's this perfect moment where I want to stay
The beaming sun glares into my onyx irises, but I can't turn away
I want to captivate this moment and keep it forever in my sight
The untainted summer day
My barefeet settling into the concrete; parallel to where my shoes lay
"Hot Potatoe" "Hot Potatoe" Will the balloon go left or right?
It's this perfect moment where I want to stay
A cool breeze strikes our soaking bodies signaling that it's time to leave without delay
The shing star bids farewell, replaced by the celestial body that creeps into the night
The untainted summer day
It's this perfect moment where I want to stay
