On April 23rd A little girl was born.

That little girl was me. The daughter of Clarissa and Lucas James. Maylene Elizabeth James.

My parents and I are mermaids. Yes mermaids. The way mermaids work is,
1. You get your tail when you're 3
2. you get you hair.. sort of change, mermaids can have streaks of un-natural olors in your hair, have an un-natural color hair, or in rare cases no color at all
The only few mermaids who don't follow these rules is the royal family. Queen Brianna, King Jason, Princess Coral,  and Prince Aaron.

On September 19th a new addition to the royal family was born

Prince Aaron,  son of King Jason and Queen Brianna. 1st royial kid of this couple.

What no one knew is that there was a great threat to the ocean. and once it was set, there was only one way to stop it. A legend where two mermaids would come together and stop the threat.
One mermaid was Aaron, the other un-known.

The King and the Queen found this out when Aaron was only 10 months old, and couldn't begin the search for the girl.

3RD P.O.V. -THE CASTEL-

It was late in the castel, the sun had just set and the royal family was about to put their new 10 month old son to bed when they were interrupted by the chief of the royal guard, Jake. "Jason someone is here to see you"  Jake and Jason where very close so there were no formal introductions. "What is it"  Jason said walking towards Jake. "Well you might not want to hear this but the elders are here, they say it's an emergency" Jake said as Jason sighed "Tell them I'll be down once we put Aaron to bed" Jason  said walking towards his wife and mother of his son, Brianna. "Well they said they need all  of you, including Aaron" Jake informed "Um... Ok tell them I'll meet them in my office, and once you're done you can take time off" Jake had a son, Grayson, who was a month older than Aaron. Jake nodded. As soon as Jake left Jason asked brianna "You're ok with this right? It's not to late?" He asked conserned "Babe, It's fine let's go" Jason nodded as they headed tawords his office.

Jason, Brianna, and Aaron entered the office, they sat down with the elders. The gaurd, Ellie, was guarding the door. "So we'll start" the first elder said "There has been  a threat to the ocean" the second elder said "Oh no! What is the threat" Brianna said holding onto Aaron "Well alot of sea creaters have been dying, along with mer-folk" Jasons eyes widened as the third elder said "Do you know how?" at this point Brianna was holding onto Aaron. "No we do not, but we know how to stop it" The second elder said "How?" Brianna said, worrried for Aaron and her husband and her kingdom. "Well the legend is about Aaron"  the third one said "Aaron!?" Jason and Brianna said at the same time "Yes, Aaron. Aaron is spiritually bound to another person" the first one said "We don't know who it is, or what she looks like, but once he's eighteen, he will go on a mission to find her."the second one said "And since we don't know where  she is so she could be somewhere around here, and they might meet before,the only thing we know is she is a mermaid" the second one said "Uh.. so what do we do?" Brianna asked "Well for now Charity and Joahna will have to take over" the third one said "Wait why?" Jason asked "Well while in search of the girl you need to live on land, In Flordia. Aaron will live like he's a normal boy and if he dosen't find her by 18 we will get the information on where she is" the first one said "Well, did you already call for them?" Brianna asked "Yes they will be here tomorrow" the second one said "As for now, there is a house in flordia for you guys" the first one said "When will we move?" Jason asked "Sometime this week when you can" the first one said. Jason sighed and said "Ok well when is my sister coming?" "Tomorrow" the second one said.

-8 years later- Great Wolf Lodge NYC  MAYS P.O.V.

Me and my family are going to Great Wolf Lodge! I'm so excited. I'm only eight and this is my first time going. Right now we're waiting in line to sign in. There is this big window that goes into the water park. My mom said I have to take some potion if I want to swim, because I'm a mermaid.

I run up to the big window to look. "COOL!" I said. "This is gonna be so cool!" Someone said. I, being my curious self, looked to the right, I think, and saw a boy around my age, looking through the same window. I'm a very social person, or at least that's what my mom said, I went up to him. "Hi" I said to him "hi" he said back. "I'm Maylene" I said "That's long, I'm just gonna call you May" he said "I'm Aaron" He said. I giggled "wanna be my friend?" I asked "Sure!" He said "Aaron!" Someone said. A lady that looked like Aaron walked up to us. "Don't walk away without telling us, ok?" She looked over to me and asked "Who's this?" "This is May!" Aaron responded "my new friend" he said excited "Oh, hi May" Aaron's mom said "Hi" I said shyly. "Where's your parents?" She asked. I pointed to the booth and saw it was almost my parents turn. "Oh." Aaron's mom said "Wow! you have purple eyes" Aaron said "Oh yeah, I do" I said "How!?" He asked and I shruged "I'm only eight I don't know yet" "Well May, I think your parents might want to know where you are" She said I looked back and said "Oh yeah, maybe I  should. Bye Aaron" I said waving bye and walking to my mom and dad.
