Avni used to have mood swings & sudden change in cravings almost everyday
While she used to become angry at times, bebe& shweta were enjoying it to the core(cz they cudnt see it all at time of neilansh &also knew that she was too busy that she didnt even have the time to throw such tantrums due to the same)
Whereas avni was feeling guilty about how weirdly she was behaivour with everyone
She used to become emotional due to the same but they told her to not feel guilty as this is what they wanted to see- her mood swings, tantrums, cravings etc& managed the situation somehow
When neil came back they told him what had happened
He knew what he had to do next
After dinner-
Avni was silently sitting on bed when neil comes from the loo& sees her eyes glittery
She was holding a locket
Neil immediately ran to her& asked
N-avni? U ok? Kya hua?
Before he cud ask anything further, avni took him in a bone crushing hug &her tears made their way down her eyes
He caressed her hair& just then saw the locket closely& realised what the issue was- it was the same heart shaped locket which had ayesha& neelamaa's pics in it

Neil was little surprised but recollected neelamaa's death& said-

He laid her down& sat next to her cross legged while she was gazing at him& shifted her head onto his lap

By now avni was fast asleep
Neil pecked her forehead &shifted her to her side of the bed
Little did he know that all this while bebe, prakash& shweta were silently adoring the scene in front of them

All 3looked at eachother, smiled& then went to their respective rooms while neil slept off with avni in his arms
**Time lapse***
On a random night-
Avni's sleep was again broken by her sudden urge to spill everything out
She freed herself from neil's arms& ran into the loo
After few mins, her disturbed voice &sound from the loo broke neil's sleep as well
He knocked the door but upon not getting any reply, he opened the door &understood what the problem was
He immediately rubbed avni's back while she was still throwing up
Neil was still rubbing his hand on her back& soon she was done
She washed her face& dried with hand towel
Neil was extremely worried as avni looked pale& weak (though he knew that everytime she threw up, her body becomes weak &she looses all her energy)

But before she could even move forward, she lost consciousness which freaked neil out
N-avni! Avni aakhen kholo plz wake up! Avni plz utho
He was abt to call everyone when avni opened her eyes slightly, holding her head& neil hieved a sigh of relief
But she looked too weak to stand up on her own
Neil picked her up in bridal style& they had an eyelock& stayed in that pose for a while
It had been more than 3 months since they last felt eachother's touch
Neil couldnt bare it any more- he instantly claimed avni's lip& she reciprocated bcz she too was damn hungry for him while covering his neck with his arms
They continued their kiss for as long as they could but had to pull out due to need of air
They were so lost in eachother that they didnt even realise since how long they had been in that pose- avni being in her neil's arms
Finally he moved forward & laid her on the bed& didnt think twice before removing his t-shirt
He was so lost in his wifey's beauty that he didnt realise where things were going
It looked as if someone had chanted a spell& hypnotized them
There were no signs of the eyelock breaking anytime soon
Neil hovered upon avni, though making sure he doesnt put his weight upon her
Avni too, didnt refuse cz she knew that this might be the last time they will be able to feel eachother to the core bcz she will start becoming plump in a month or 2 so she didnt wanna miss this chance at any cost
Neil pulled off her nightdress, covered her in a soft silk sheet& pulled the duvet from behind
While avni pulled off his pjs they ended up exploring &making love to eachother throughout the night
