Kia's POV
I awoke in a hospital bed, my cat ears slightly twitching at every noise that echoed through the hospital halls, and my cat tail limp and not moving there was a huge bandage in my side and there was some red on the bandage, I must've gotten hit by a car. I heard talking and I saw a worried Kyla a long with a disappointed mother looking at an angry Eli, "Why did she not die!?" Growled Eli as she looked at me, I felt guilty. My mom scolded her and sent her home and I suddenly felt arms wrap around me a long with tears staining my hospital shirt, " I'm so glad your okay! Thank God your okay Kia! You could've died! " yelled Kyla with tears rolling down her cheeks.
Kyla's POV
When I saw Kia, I immediately ran toward her she didn't even care about my tears staining her hospital shirt ( or should I say gown), she smiled and parted my head as she held my head close to her chest. I could hear her heartbeat through her hospital gown, it started to beat in sync with mine, let's just say this is true love. ❤
