Chapter Nine

[A/N:"This is a short one. I really wanted to update you guys. So yeah."]

It feels like a long ride for Hailey, she wouldn't mind if it will be Samantha save her but did not. She never conceive that Julliane will--- her father's foe's daughter. Hailey glimpse at her, she watch Julliane hold the steering wheel while sitting on its seat; her straight blonde hair on a ponytail, her fairly white skin, her azure eyes, her almost perfect nose and its mushy rosy lips. Forsooth, she is a desirable and has a sexy body. But why? Why would a Clarke help her on its own torment?

There must be an intended behind her acts, Hailey's conceited.

"You must have already done a research about my background." Julliane said gaily. Yet, Hailey didn't reply, she just wants to go home and execute her special revenge. She recognized the road they've take- the path near school.

"Why did you save me?" Hailey asked bluntly at her. She didn't felt nervous; it is like the comfortable character on her family's work appears. But she has to be very careful as of their discussion.

"Now you spoke. Like I said before, I want you." Julliane answered frankly. But Hailey wasn't flatter and didn't buy her statement.

When the car arrived at the school's parking lot, they unbuckled their seat belts and Julliane decided to change her clothes.

"Wha-what a-are you doing?" Hailey said stuttering as Julliane grasped the ends of her black v-neck shirt beside her hips.

"I have to remove all of the evidence." Julliane said whilst taking off her shirt upright. Hailey abruptly turned her head to the side on which she wouldn't see her almost naked. She's avoiding the view from make herself turn on. After Julliane altered her clothes into a navy blue dress; she get rid of her shoes and wear her three-inches silver heels, put some mild make-up on her face and wore her diamond-shaped earrings. Lastly, untied the rubber band and let her hair fall to her flawless shoulders.

"Why do you have to hid your face? We are both girls. Or are you... perhaps... a boy?" the question made Hailey jolted, she promptly narrowed her sights at Julliane. If my case will be leak that would be her fault. She's really a threat, Hailey thought. Latter, Julliane cutely chuckled and gently tap two-times her left cheek.

"I'm just kidding. You don't have to take it seriously besides you're obviously a girl." she said while staring at each other eyes.

"You should stop meddling with me." Hailey said deadly. But it didn't frightened Julliane and swiftly took off Hailey's thick black eyeglass.

"Have you always worn this?" Julliane asked and is keenly observe it. Hailey instantly snatched it from her right hand and wore it again. The eyeglass has a spy camera installed, it had recorded the earlier event but have a limited time and to perceive sounds.

"We must go now." Hailey said and unlocked the car's door. It's her last period of her class; she will get punishment if she will attend on this time. So, she concluded to just wait inside the cafeteria until her lecture around 1:00 P.M.

They're both outside the car and Hailey was ready to go. "Wait!" Julliane almost yelled and it made her turned.

"What is it?" Hailey said wearily to her. On a short period of time, Julliane was on front of her, smiling, and did a smack kiss on her right cheek.

"That's my reward. See you.", Hailey felt irks about Julliane whom have goes to its department. She wiped her cheek where the Clarke kissed her.

What is really her plan? I must be cautious of her to avoid its trap, Hailey's thought.

The hand of the clock strikes at 12 that hanged on a brick-designed wall. Even though there are few peers eating inside the cafeteria, usually Hailey was sitting having her lunch on the table at the corner which everyone ignored her. A sliced of chocolate cake with two cherries on the top, her favourite dessert, she digs a bit of the sliced-cake by a silver spoon and ate with smoothness. It became her relaxation to devastate the temper inside her mind regarding her revenge and the Clarke.

The door just swung opened and Samantha's group comes into the cafeteria to ingest. Other students that have deafening sounds earlier had become noiseless, and they never tried to talk about the kiss between the Samantha and the mysterious guy. Hailey did become aware of the silence and espied Samantha. She followed them through her emerald eyes till they sat at the rectangular table in the middle which was a little far from her but able to see Samantha's position watching her back.
