Eryns POV
Have you ever wanted to know if the myths they tell you are true? They are and are not true at the same time. There are vampires, witches, and werewolves. For example, I'm a vampire. Unfortunately my "mate" is a werewolf. It's true we're suppose to hate each other, but we just can't. Your probably wondering his name; his name is Aiden. You probably want to know mine, it's Eryn.
I have chestnut brown color hair with blonde highlights. My eyes are a more brown hazel. I'm not pale, but olive toned and my lips are slightly full. As of right now, I'm sitting in a porcelain color kitchen. The kitchen has an island with light grey marble counter tops. The stool I'm currently sitting on has a metal base and a metal seat.
"Eryn, it's time for school!" my adopted mom, Kristin, yelled.
"Okay!" I replied. They don't know I'm a vampire. It's been difficult for me.
I get up and head towards the front door after grabbing my bag. On my way to school, I stop by the park for a few minutes. That's when I see a guy in the distance playing frisbee, possibly with his brother. I get this feeling like I know him him, when I don't. I figured it'd be better if I walked away.
*Aidens POV*
"Josh! Come on! I want to get down to the park before it gets crowded!" I yell because I know he will take forever.
"Whatever." He replied.
While waiting on him, I was doing some stretches. He finally came down dressed in black shorts that goes down to your knees and a white t-shirt; meanwhile I was wearing a white shirt with white knee-length shorts. I know, horrible fashion sense.
"I'll meet you out.." Josh said, but I had zoned out. My mate.
I can't hear her heartbeat, though. Generally you hear their heart. That could mean one of a few things..
"Aiden, come on!" Josh yelled from the door, snapping me out of my thoughts.
"I'm coming," I yell back, and soon I'm headed to the front door after checking on a few things.
I get into the passenger seat of his red infinity. Once in, I buckle up and he drives off.
"What was all that about?" he asks.
"I sensed her." I told him.
"Sense who?" He asks.
"My mate." I answer, looking at him.
